Please do not order from this company!

I am offering therapeutic support to women who have experienced trauma and ordered over £70 worth of sensory toys. I only received 3 items out of 8. Since then I have had a promise to send out the missing items (this was in March) and have not received ANYTHING to this date. The fact they have taken the full amount from a CHARITY and are yet to respond is beyond me.

Please if you can, do not use this company!

Ps I ordered the items on the 22/02/24 and am still chasing!!

I am wondering if we have also been scammed - no response to many multiple messages to return faulty and damaged goods for a refund.

We are a primary school who have precious little resources and needed good quality products to support some of our most vulnerable pupils (those with SEND) and have been ignored since 28th February. Such a disappointment for our children.

I ordered the Pod Ball Chair Sensory Retro Egg Shape in Grey for £750 on March 3rd 2024, with the promise of delivery within 5 working days. However, it's now well past that timeframe, and the chair has yet to arrive.

My attempts to communicate with customer service have been futile. While I managed to get through to someone once, they assured me they would follow up the same day, but I've heard nothing since. Emails have gone unanswered, and my request for a refund has been ignored.

What's particularly frustrating is that this company is purportedly a family business, and they claim to understand the needs of individuals with special requirements. Yet, their lack of responsiveness suggests otherwise. If they're unable to fulfill orders or provide basic customer service, they shouldn't be accepting orders in the first place.

It's disheartening to see a company, especially one that claims to cater to those with unique needs, behave in such a negligent manner.

I'm not alone in my frustration, as evidenced by others on this platform who are also experiencing similar issues with undelivered items. I am also planning to take legal action taken against this fraudulent company. If they can't fulfill their obligations to customers, they shouldn't be in business at all.

Ordered a few hundred ponds worth of items, delivery promised and then completely ignored. Several emails and Facebook messages sent with no response. No refund as yet. Avoid!!!

How I wish I would have read these reviews first….. I spent over $400 5.5 months ago and never received my order. I have been in contact with them by email since then, but still nothing. Three weeks ago they said it was going to be picked up the next day and was set for a 5 day delivery and I still have never received the order. I have asked multiple times for a refund. Although I can see they are a small company this is terrible business. I ordered these items for my special needs child’s playroom and this situation has become a nightmare.

I ordered Wooden sensory blocks back in February, it said up to 7 days for delivery and i have still not received my item!!

Disgusting how they can take my money and ignore my emails asking for my item I just want my money back!

Absolutely shocking - please do not use this company they do not care one inch they just want your money then you don’t exist just like a fraudulent company.

I wish I had read the multiple 1 star reviews before given them my money this amount of customers can not be wrong!

They’re a scam, avoid. Ordered on the 26th of February and after multiple emails with excuses about stock and how my ordered would be prioritised they just stopped replying.

Ordered on January 30th, dispatched on March 4th. No package. I've emailed 3 times and called once asking for a refund. Zero response. Awful customer service!! Some of my items were preorder so I knew they'd take more time but they were apparently dispatched a month ago! I think they have allowed more pre-orders than they can actually fulfil and are now struggling.

EDIT: we're in June now, still nothing!! Called again today, no response.

If I could give a negative I would! I ordered items on 23rd feburary I was told I would receive by Easter after countless emails. Still not recieved as of today 8th April. No communication and communication when asked for a refund no refund even acknowledged do not buy from them unless you want to be out of pocket and without the products too. Ridiculous I will be taking it further. Just everyone be careful.

It’s a scammer company. I placed an order from it four months ago. It didn’t shipped my order and was blocked my contact number. Now I couldn’t get in touch with them and didn’t got my items

Today is third day you said will refund to me. However it’s just a lie. Everything you promised on phone and email are lies. I totally didn’t receive any confirmation email of refund matter. Yes I’m rude. Just because of your company didn’t treat customer well. If you said my parcel lost it’s not my problem. It’s been three months from the time I placed order and you didn’t re arrange a new parcel to me or issue any refund. You just let me wait and wait and wait. What kind of company you are? As I told you in instagram messenger. Your act is just like a scammer, you took my money and didn’t give me anything.

I ordered items on Feb 22nd.
I received 1 item after a couple of weeks despite their website saying 3-7 working days.
I've never received my 2nd item.
I have since sent 5 emails, called multiple times, contacted their social media pages and I've been ignored at every turn.
After 3 emails, they marked my item as dispatched which I believe was a ploy to buy more time.
SHOCKING SHOCKING customer service. Can't be bothered to reply to an email.

Placed an order the the 20th of February, received no update on my order after a few weeks and I have since requested a refund, once by online contact and again my email. Haven’t received any communication back. It’s now April..

Got scammed by this company. Ordered fidget toys for my autistic son and paid for 3-7 days delivery, 2 weeks later no delivery. Asked for refund, they said they will send me refund, it should be in my account in 5-7 days, when I didn’t receive refund I sent them another email, they said, refund will arrive in 10 days, 14 working days later still waiting for that refund. No items and no refund. I’ll make sure I warn other special needs parents on fb groups and tiktok so they don’t get scammed like I did.

Update: After my review went live on Trustpilot, I finally received my refund. I ordered my items on 28th Feb and requested refund on 12th March after seeing that my order is not even posted yet.

I can’t fault this small company.
I ordered 2 Needoh nice cubes in February. Although there were supplier issues, I was always informed by email of any delays to my order.
Their customer service was brilliant and
Chris actually phoned me to apologise for the delay. Which I really appreciated. You wouldn’t get that with any big companies!
I received my order last night and I’m delighted with it. And so were the kids I work with, who I’d bought the cubes for.
We actually had a look online this morning, at their website, to see what else we could order! They have a great choice of sensory items.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from the company again as I much prefer helping a small business who are trying their best in uncertain times.

DO NOT USE. I ordered something on 11th Feb and still not arrived. Despite numerous emails assuring me that I will receive my order, I still haven't. Do not use and order elsewhere.

A complete nightmare from the start. Buyers beware!!! I ordered a square led rug and they sent the wrong item out. There was a delay with the return and now I am having to chase my money. Chris advised that the refund was done over a week ago but I still have not received it. When I spoke to him yesterday he promised to call me back and never did. I placed this order early February and am still having problems today........I will be seeking legal advice

Sensory Toys4U have ruined my autistic daughters special day!

Ordered some items on the 23rd of February, 3 weeks later still awaiting items. Have sent loads of emails however only one answered. Now awaiting a refund that I’ve requested.

Having a child with additional needs having a speedy service is essential.

I ordered a fish tube and some fidget toys from Chris.
The fish tube I believe came direct from manufacturer and the fidget toys from a warehouse.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the tube. But Chris was always really helpful when I spoke to him.

Absolutely awesome family run business. Bought some fibre optic lights from here. The guy was really knowledgable and polite. The kids absolutely love them thanks .

What a fantastic place! Chris and Marcia are very friendly and helpful and nothing seems too much. The shop is an Aladin's cave of everything sensory! The website is easy to navigate and I've received my items really fast.
