Love this jewelry! My gold necklace has been waterproof so far :) I don’t take it off!

Amazing experience, swift delivery and my package was intact ! I would high my recommend !

Necklace arrived knotted, fine I unpicked the knots. However the necklace is cheap looking and I want to return it. Unfortunately, no response from a return request, an email AND a Facebook message. Getting increasingly concerned I’m getting ripped off.

The quality of this jewellery is absolutely stunning, completely tarnish proof and completely waterproof, as someone who hates taking jewellery out I’m in love as I can wear in the shower etc!

By far the best jewellery Iv had in a long time, and Iv had inexpensive to very expensive. These pieces I do not take off and suits any occasion. I’m alway being complimented on them and I can’t rate them enough. And deliver was so fast.

Easy to order, tracking requires going separately into Royal Mail site which isn’t as user friendly as other online retailers . Arrived quite quickly, not next day but within a week.
Packaging appropriate for product and nice presentation box without paying for gift box.
I was a little disappointed by the quality of the product , it looks less than the cost of the product . It’s a gift so I hope the recipient doesn’t think it was cheap!

Purchase came late , Necklace was all knotted , I had to put in bin as I couldn’t un knott it .. customer service is very slow & was not very interested.. Also necklace was a lot smaller than advertised on model . lesson learnt never to order from this company again

Order arrived tarnished and with plating missing. Requested a refund, but was directed to a link for Store Credit, which is not what I was requesting given the poor quality. Took several emails to have confirmation that I would receive a refund. 10 days later and still no refund. I've emailed again, but no response. Poor quality and customer service. Will not recommend!
