Deleted their old google business page due to bad reviews
Well this company had to delete their Google business page due to all the bad reviews they had and now they've just created a brand new one!
So I suppose I'd better write my review again considering they caused me so much stress.
My story seems to be identical to the others.
Got tied in to a contract I never saw or signed,
didn't get results from the system, tried to cancel, got taken to court for nearly 4k
Countless sleepless nights stressing.
I hope whoever is reading this hasn't signed up yet.
They must have more admin to process the claims through the court than any other department in their "business" / "scam"

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns regarding your experience with us. At Serac Tech, we value transparency and the satisfaction of our clients above all, and it's disheartening to hear that your experience did not reflect the standards we strive to uphold.
It is our policy to ensure that all terms of service and contract details are clear and understood upon engagement. We also aim to provide a seamless experience for clients wishing to adjust or terminate their services, including the presence of an unsubscribe option.
A new account cannot get activated without the new customer themselves accepting our terms and conditions which has been the process for the past 3+ years. Legal threats and the prospect of court are scenarios we earnestly aim to avoid by resolving client issues amicably and fairly.
If you can reach out to our Support team to provide your company details, we will of course look into this for you.
Many thanks

Hi David,
We're genuinely sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the services provided by Serac Tech. We strive for excellence and transparency in all our client interactions, and we regret that your experience has not met your expectations or the standards we aim to uphold.
It's important to stress that the efficacy of our platform depends heavily on how it is used. We supply fresh data each week that can generate substantial leads if utilised correctly. Our platform is designed to enhance your marketing efforts through regular and systematic outreach, which in your case, has been underused with zero marketing outreaches sent.
Regarding your desire to cancel the service, our contracts are designed to commit both parties to a mutual agreement over a specified period, which supports sustained use of the service for it to be effective.
Many thanks Customer Success Team

Avoid avoid avoid!!!
I would avoid this company at all costs!!! After agreeing for this company to help find work on my partners behalf we decided after the first month of nothing to cancel the subscription. I have all the emails requesting this. Instead of doing what we asked they continued to do nothing for us and still added up monthly costs. This morning I have had bailiffs in my home to take goods to the value of £4000 because they didn’t cancel the agreement. They have done nothing for the £4000 and now I have nothing either. Photos of my kids rooms were taken while they lay there asleep because of the time they came to my home. They have taken £4000 for doing nothing for our business. Please please avoid this company!!!!

Resposta da Serac Technologies
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the services provided by Serac Tech. We strive for excellence and transparency in all our client interactions, and we regret that your experience has not met your expectations or the standards we aim to uphold.
Firstly, we understand that you feel the service has not been effective, having sent out approximately 70 letters without receiving the anticipated responses. We acknowledge that this can be disheartening, especially when expectations are set for generating significant leads. Upon reviewing your account, it appears that you have sent out 65 letters sporadically since August, and usage of our platform has been minimal with infrequent logins and inconsistent outreach efforts.
You were enrolled in our Assisted Plan (AP), designed to support consistent and effective outreach, but unfortunately, there were issues with payment failures which limited your ability to send out letters regularly. Only a few weeks of letter sending were possible, which significantly hampers the potential for achieving optimal results. For the tool to work effectively, it requires regular engagement and consistent use of the resources provided, including the weekly updates of potential opportunities.
It's also important to stress that the efficacy of our platform depends heavily on how it is used. We supply fresh data each week that can generate substantial leads if utilized correctly. Our platform is designed to enhance your marketing efforts through regular and systematic outreach, which in your case, has been underused.
Regarding your desire to cancel the service, we understand your frustration. Our contracts are designed to commit both parties to a mutual agreement over a specified period, which supports sustained use of the service for it to be effective. However, we are committed to finding a fair solution and would like to discuss possible ways to make the remainder of your subscription beneficial for you, or to resolve this situation in a manner that considers your concerns.
We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you and explore how we can better support your use of our platform or adjust your plan to better meet your needs. Please reach out to us at your convenience so we can address your concerns directly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Warm regards,
SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
Have been using this company they are charging me £286 a month plus £60 for letter I have sent out over 2000 letters in a year and have had 2 phone calls both of which wanted cheap jobs and wasn't interested is paying for something they wanted. have had more phone calls asking why I am sending letters to people than inquiring for a job to get done.
Either way this is a scam you cannot call them up only they can call you.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Resposta da Serac Technologies
Dear David,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our service. We take all feedback seriously as it is crucial for us to understand our clients' experiences and continuously strive to improve our offerings.
Firstly, we’d like to address the concerns regarding the charges and the outcome of your outreach efforts. We understand that you've invested significantly in sending out over 1,857 letters through our platform over the past year, with the aim of generating valuable leads for your business. It's concerning to hear that the responses you've received have not met your expectations, with only a few calls inquiring about services that did not align with your business goals.
We acknowledge there were initial delays in responding to your inquiries and concerns shortly after you signed up in August, due to an unusually high volume of client engagements. We genuinely apologise for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. As a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction and to make amends for this initial delay, we provided an extra council subscription and placed you on our Assisted Plan (AP) free of charge.
Regarding the nature of the leads generated, it's important to clarify that while we aim to facilitate connections between our clients and potential customers through targeted outreach, the nature of the inquiries and the business negotiations that follow are beyond our control. We understand that receiving inquiries for jobs that do not meet your pricing or quality standards can be disappointing. However, the variability in the type of work requested by potential leads is a common challenge in the lead generation process.
We also want to address your concern about communication. Our policy is to maintain open and accessible lines of communication with our clients. If there have been instances where you felt unable to reach us, we deeply regret any breakdown in communication and are actively working to improve our response times and availability.
Your success is important to us, and we are here to support you in making the most out of our platform. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your campaign's strategy and explore how we can adjust our approach to better align with your business goals and expectations.
Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience so we can address your concerns directly and work towards a solution that helps improve your experience and outcomes with Serac Tech.
Warm regards,
