This was my first purchase from Serasar and I was delighted with the product. Also I had to contact customer service with a size problem and they were extremely helpful in assisting me. I will definitely be making more purchases.

J'ai acheté un bracelet en cuir "Gloire" de couleur Argent-Noir sur Amazon Canada à la mi-octobre pour le 50e anniversaire de mariage de mes parents, mais le bracelet était trop court avec le membre supplémentaire qui est fourni. La date de retour de marchandise était dépassée sur Amazon lors que j'ai donné le cadeau à mon père. J'ai écrit un courriel au compte à la Clientel de chez Serasar s'il était possible d'avoir un autre membre supplémentaire. J’ai été très heureux de la rapidité de réponse et d'être aussi servi dans même langue, le français. Il n'avait pas de disponible de membre supplémentaire, mais il venait de recevoir des retours de marchandise ou il pouvait m'en envoyer un. J'ai reçu le membre supplémentaire dans un excellent état en moins de 10 jours de l'Alemangne au Canada.

I purchase my second bracelet from Serasar back in the fall of 2023, it arrived as advertised and worked well. Then, I could not get it to latch properly so I contacted Serasar and they never hesitated to solve my problem to my 100% satisfaction. I dealt with Jay who was very understanding and helpful. I have since purchased one of their necklaces. Their products are very attractive and well made I highly recommend their products.

The bracelets I ordered from them were, of course, perfect and the box they were in was very classy. But I’m actually so happy with my experience with this company for another reason! I had lost the extra link they give you with the bracelet and they offered to send me one, free of charge! They were extremely accommodating and kind. I will be buying from them again.

This company is so helpful and kind to their customers!! I am writing this from the US but even though I’m from another country they had no issues aiding me in any issues I came across when ordering from them. Thank you Serasar. Also their bracelets are very good quality and look exactly like their pictures.

I recently ordered a mens bracelet which arrived on time and was excellent quality. I had unfortunately ordered a size too small. Rather than return I requested a spare link which serasar were more than happy to post to me free of charge. Thank you .

Gli ottimi prezzi della loro gamma di gioielleria non si traducono in materiali scadenti, anzi. I bracciali sono robusti e di buona fattura, mi piacciono molto.
La chiusura magnetica a catena permette di allargare o stringere il bracciale a piacimento.
Il supporto ai clienti è veloce e il personale molto gentile, consiglio di contattarli via mail per qualsiasi dubbio.

I purchased a man’s leather bracelet for my grandson for his graduation. After having it engraved, imagine my disappointment when I discovered it was too small.
I contacted Serasar, in the hopes I could purchase an extra link. They do not sell extra links, but I was fortunate they had a return and assured me they would send me one! So happy for their quick response.
The bracelet seems to be of good quality, is very attractive…I look forward to receiving the extra link, to
Resolve my problem…I will definitely be ordering from them in future.

I asked Serasar if I could get an extra link for my partners wrist band, but as it would be a gift I didn’t have the original order number from when my partner ordered it. Serasar have been friendly and helpful, always fast responding to emails, and clever with their solution to find a link. The wrist bands themselves are great quality, I highly recommended Serasar for their products and their customer service.
