I ordered a bracelet from Serasar, and it is truly elegant and stylish! It looks expensive but comes at an affordable price. I initially had a bit of trouble with the magnetic clasp, which is why I'm deducting one star, but the issue was resolved exceptionally well, and the customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend it!

Armbanden voor mijn kleinzonen besteld, snelle levering. Omdat ze nog klein zijn heb ik gevraagd naar extra schakels. Ze hebben direct voor een oplossing gezocht. Communicatie en service zijn super.

Contacted serasar direct and the customer service I have received is 2nd to none , quick responses to my emails and a perfect outcome to my question.

A leather bracelet that will appeal to people with impeccable taste. Very well designed, and well assembled. The links work extremely well, and there should be fear of the links failing and the bracelet come detached. A bracelet suitable for all occasions-whether casual or more formal attire.

When the deliver from my country failed to do their part and instead of delivering my package, they sent it back to Serasar I reachd out for their support.
Not only my ticket was answered very fast and professional but they also offered to send my ordered items one more time once they get it back, free of charge of course.
