Great service is making it right after it went wrong
Product was delivered very quickly considering it was ordered in the Christmas / New Year Holiday period, but on opening the package some staining from packet domes was found. Serenelife responded promptly to an emailed notification of issue, and arranged both pickup of the faulty item and replacement with new in good time and exactly to their promise. "Stuff" happens, but great service is making it right after it went wrong. I have no hesitation in recommending Serenelife as a reputable vendor.

Like sleeping on a cloud
I was generously gifted a silk pillow and silk case, these have have been lovely and it's safe to say I had a great night's sleep. The packaging is luxurious and is a real treat to receive.

Wonderful silk pillow case
I love my serene life pillow case.
My hair was not fluffy in the morning and it is my little bit of the luxury life, that only sleeping on silk provides.
