This company is shocking. Sent a young lad only worked for the company for 5 weeks and told me on the day the property had passed all checks. Nearly 2 weeks later after chasing them up was told by them that the checks didn't pass and would cost £700 to put rite.
Got another electrician out with over 40years experience who passed it.
I again had to chase up this company for the paperwork even though I have paid them and then paid someone else.
Be aware this company takes your money and then has a bad attitude when you ask for the findings.
Terrible customer service, misinformed and rude.

Booked to replace an electric shower (like for like)

Cancelled my appointment when they were due to arrive and moved to another day

I requested in advance for the shower switch to be replaced. They charged me an hour’s labour to go out and purchase the switch - £90

The engineer could only partially fit the shower and told me there was a manufacturing fault with the product. I ended up finishing the job myself with no issues with the product.

Quoted for 2 hours and charged for 4. The additional hours were down to the incompetence of the engineer who couldn't even complete the work

A rusty Stanley knife was left on the floor

Zero customer service, I ended up disputing with my credit card.
£400 for a half-installed shower is disgusting

I mean, sending the kid to do the job, please...
I told them I wanted a camera installed 3 meter high. The response was, I don't have a ladder long enough.
After that, the guy was talking on the phone all the time taking care of personal business.
The guy was telling me he has never done anything similar before. He forgot to measure the camera base, so he had to bend one of the tubes carrying the wire, so the camera could fit on the base.
The job inside the house was ugly...
Please send someone professional man. Don't send the kids with no experience...

We had an electrical fault and needed an electrical engineer to trace and identify the cause, as our refrigerator and freezers were on the circuit that had the fault. The engineer arrived and set about tracing the fault. He kept us informed throughout the job and quickly identified the problem. He was very professional and understood our concerns. Within a reasonable time he had the job completed and was on his way. Thankyou.

Plumber came back early morning after working on the job late two nights before. Very professional and trustworthy, completed job to high standard.

Good communication and did their best when there was a lot of clutter inside the house.

Lovely boys who do a good job, but if you KNOW you're going to be cutting channels in plaster, how about bringing some dust sheets with you?

I received my energy bill which was excessively high, called Sergo who sent an engineer out the next day, found my water tank timer was broke and constantly heating my water 247. Elder left property to buy new timer and returned to fit. Excellent response, very happy customer will definitely use again.

Absolutely disgusting service, wouldn't bother wasting your money. Reporting to trading standards for failing to complete work they say they did. Was given incorrect paperwork and when I contacted them to rectify, they said there was nothing they could do as the gas engineer no longer worked for them and they no longer covered my area due to Covid. Spoke to one of the owners of the business, they wouldn't offer any solution, couldn't offer me the correct or indeed any form of paperwork to show work had been done. Truly shocking service from start to finish!

In July 2020, I was quoted £4200 for a house re-wire. Had to pay for materials up front at £2200 on my credit card. Fuses tripped twice, once due to faulty light fitting and once for a faulty wall plug socket. Excess damage to walls as they were cutting plaster for new wiring. They then took a further £2200 when job was finished. I complained about the extra £200 being taken from my card and was told this would be looked into. They incorrectly said I had caused the lighting being fused as I had changed the fitting but I had to do this to have the lighting working during the night.
This has now been going on since 31st August 2020 and have still not refunded the money.
Think carefully before hiring them.

Came to do an electrical certificate initially but turned out that work needed doing .very helpful and managed to fit the work in a couple of days later. Really cheerful bloke who came and cracked on with the work immediately! Maybe not the cheapest but very pleased with the work

I needed a landlord electrical certificate and a gentleman called James came to check the installation. He was very pleasant.
Unfortunately, the installation was aged ad needed changing.
Sergo Electrical reacted promptly and booked a day for the work to be done. They also gave me a quote.
The work started on time on the day. It was nice to see James was doing the required work. The amount I had to pay was exactly what I had been quoted which is a nice change from companies who quote you X and charge you Y.
Based on the experience I had I would not hesitate to recommend Sergo Electrical to my friends.

James purchased and fitted a replacement ceiling pendant after a sink overflowed and tripped the electrics. He worked quickly and dealt with my parents with sensitivity and care. The work was carried out with efficiency and good workmanship.
