The postage just took to long for me, almost 3 weeks for my goods to arrive, competitive prices and good quality but just to slow, 🙁

The staff in here are amazing. Darren, Tom and Trevor have been so helpful to my 13yr old fishing fanatic son. They are interested and have given him excellent honest advice. Very reasonable prices too. We frequently shop here.

It took around 3 and half weeks to complete my delivery and they have sent me a wrong rode instead of Right side the reel was in the Left side, and there wasn't any description was given regarding it...

Awful experience, automated responses to my issue of over a months delay on delivery. Was told I would be contacted by Serious fishing but never heard from anyone, even after I took time to say I wouldn’t be posting a poor review on line (as prompted by Serious fishing). Suggest you get actual people to look at your customer feedback and not bots, extremely poor customer service.

Ordered an item, which on the website didn’t say out of stock, it just wrote will ship in approx 3-5 days.
5 days later, I still didn’t have the item, just one email saying their were delays in stock.
9 days later still nothing so I emailed and got a response saying their are delays and it’s going to be 7 days more before they HOPE to get stock.
So by the time I would get it a month would of gone past.
This was for a 13 year olds present, which I ordered well before his birthday and now it’s gone past and I still have nothing. Every day he phones for an update just for me to disappoint him more.
Please Serious Fishing just state the item is out of stock for up to 3-4 weeks so people looking for items know where they stand!!

Product arrived today ordered about 3 weeks ago thought id come back and give a review as Amy the sales woman kept me up to date with everything and apologised - very pleased with the communication even tho the order was delayed - bought a nice Pen 5000 combo
