I ordered from a company I had never heard of before and was a bit dubious about doing that but I didn't need to worry as they were really good. They kept me informed of the progression of my order and it arrived very quickly with no problems

I purchased a Brother NV 1800Q back in May from Sewing World. I originally was going for the cheaper model as I have only been sewing since January 2025 but so glad i didn't. Its much easier to use with lots of extras that I thought I wouldn't use but I do. Today I went for my 1 hours free lesson on using the machine. The lady who gave me the lesson was called Rita. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and funny. I had 2 main questions to find out and she answered and showed me how to use it. She then took the time to go through everything from start to finish. I didn't realize there was so many other things it can do and i didn't know. I could not wait for the lesson to finish so i could get home to try them out. Highly recommend Rita for her knowledge and Sewing World for their help and expertise.

I ordered online which was extremely easy to do and delivery was scheduled for within a couple of days.
Unfortunately the parcel did not arrive when scheduled but this was due to the delivery company losing the parcel.
Sewing machine world were very helpful when I rang them and arranged for a new machine to be shipped direct from the manufacturer. I cannot fault the service I received and would definitely recommend this company.

Genuine part arrived promptly

I went there to buy a embroidery machine, I was between 2 machines and the nice man showed me both and explained the difference.

Sewing Machine World (SMW)ordered my new Brother scan n’ cut machine from their Brother supplies and unfortunately the supplies did not complete the order.
SMW, was so apologetic for the delay, the owner was genuinely upset. Nowadays that is rear. He did everything in his power to make sure I spoke to the suppliers so that they could sort the problem out. I did get to speak to someone in the suppliers company who again like SMW’s staff went above and beyond to fix the problem. I can gladly say everything was sorted and an apology given. It is absolutely rare for companies to work well together to help the customers.

I am updating my first review as I have now been in touch with Sewing Machine World. Delay on item on order from Brother and human error in not advising me at the time. Everything has been sorted to my satisfaction and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again as they have been extremely helpful sorting out the issue.
