Love sew over it for the beauty of The fabrics and the quality. The patterns are superb but I prefer the paper patterns to pdf. I was disappointed that Lisa has done both of her books in pdf .

Ordered Swatch samples
Ordered Swatch samples to compare fabric. Only slight downside was a 3-4 day wait for post delivery, as I was super excited to get going on with my new sewing project.

Great service and products
Really helpful with all my email queries before I even purchased anything. The transaction didn't quite go according to plan as it didn't deduct my gift voucher when connecting with paypal but this was swiftly rectified when I raised the issue. Delivery was quick and all items were well packaged.

No email confirmation
For some reason, I didn't receive an email confirmation for my pattern purchase, so I was unsure if it had gone through - but the pattern arrived promptly and everything seemed to be fine, despite the lack of confirmation!

Excellent, easy purchases. The pattern was exactly what i was looking for and very good quality and easy to use!
I have also been to one of the classes here, and I must say it was fantastic. Enthusiastic teacher, friendly & relaxed environment, well worth the money and the experience!

Fabric ordered wasn’t in stock although…
Fabric ordered wasn’t in stock although it wasn’t showing as out of stock. Got email message 2 days later asking if wanted to choose something else, which I did but it was also not in stock although wasn’t showing out of stock on website. Bit disappointed not sure I’d order again

We did have some stock of the second fabric you chose - unfortunately just not as much as you were after :( We keep a close eye on inventory and it's rare that we're not able to send out a fabric once it's ordered, so I'm really sorry that we let you down on this this time

Great instant buy of a PDF pattern. No waiting at all.
Excellent- no problem whatsoever buying and assembling mt pattern. I have been searching for a pattern like this since the Portfolio went out of print. The Heather is even better for me. Thank you.
