Received 2 damaged bedside cabinets which I paid over £300 for and they are all scratched and marked. I took pictures of the chrome legs which are damaged and evidenced I opened them immediately after being delivered and emailed the company straight away and got such rude emails back from a company who lacks responsibility and customer service. Instead of trying to offer me replacements they are making me send them back at my own cost. I will be reporting this company further as a awful product and service.

After purchasing online 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers from the Chelsea Collection I could not be happier. It is beautiful great quality furniture that arrived in perfect condition and earlier than I expected.

Bought a mirrored clock, came with the hands broken. They are adamant that they didn’t send it like that. They have written the Roman numerals incorrectly on the clock. There is no no.7. They’re quite rude and sarcastic on email. Lovely clock, terrible customer service.

The quality of set of mirrors wasn’t very good and initial customer service poor, with rude emails imo. The company disagreed over the quality and said it would cost me to return the mirrors if returning due to not liking them, so I decided to keep them, but due to covid restrictions I hadn’t got someone in to hang the mirrors. Once I did get someone in,I realised 1 mirror was bent and didn’t sit flush against the wall. Initially the company weren’t going to do anything about this as they said I’d left it too long to report a fault. However CAB said I was still entitled to a repair replacement or refund so eventually they agreed to replace the mirror. They sent 2 replacements both which arrived broken and were also bent. Eventually as I was fed up with the situation dragging on I just settled to keep the bent mirror and was given a partial refund for this damaged mirror.Communications then much improved from initial emails.

So happy with my order and delivery was super fast great service thank you

Awful customer service order an item in MAY 2020 and we are still here almost 5 months later without an order.....
Original email stated that they are waiting on a shipment from the far easy from their supplier. They now say that they buy from a supplier in the UK ?
Their customer service is awful and argumentative with threats of court action if I left a bad review .... so here I am :)

No you never called me, ALL of the updates and conversations have been instigated by me. You offered a refund because you said you originally you anticipated anything up to 3 months for delivery. I said my paypal is now closed as it was hacked and can you refund by either cheque, BACS or my new paypal and you said you can’t do this !
So I had NO CHOICE but to wait !

I have the email from you stating verbatim ‘the selling regulator are protecting business including reviews through the pandemic and taking appropriate action when needed including legal action, they now have all your emails.’

Your customer service is LAUGHABLE and if you look at other reviews they say the same !

Quality of mirror not good at all, very shoddy workmanship. This company also don’t offer free returns like lots of other companies do. They also take the cost of delivery, which the customer, pays back out of refund. Avoid!

I ordered a cushion and when it arrived I was not happy with the inconsistent detailing of looped fringing. It started small and tight then larger and looser in places with frayed ends poking out. I Contacted company via email immediately, provided photo evidence and asked to return for a refund. I Was told you can poke those pieces back through and it wasn’t faulty. When I asked for a free returns label as item isn’t acceptable/faulty I was told it didn’t look like that when they sent it.!!!! And that they take images of every item they send out (why would this be)?! Obviously get a lot of complaints. Disgusting attitude. I will never buy from Them Again.
I paid £3.95 postage after they advertise FREE postage on there page.
I’m Damned if I’m going to pay the same amount again to return it. Id then be even further out of pocket. I’d rather throw it away out of principle. Talk about getting your back up 😡 avoid at all costs. Not worth the hassle and upset.

First time shopping carries always some apprehension. But received the parcel in two days, very well packed and amazing quality! You have a new loyal costumer!

Fabulous service, received my wall sconce in 2 days and it’s beautiful.

Wonderful buying experience from start to finish, they helped me all the way along with my order and I will be definitely buying from them again. They go the extra mile to even call you to arrange delivery, will be purchasing more next week

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT OVERLOOK PREVIOUS COMMENTS MADE BY OTHER PEOPLE.
Ordered a £400 mirrored stand with £65 same-day delivery. Had some issues online putting a 10% code on due to paying through paypal. Explained that I had an issue and the payment had been took and they advised they cannot refund the 10% discount to me. I explained it wouldn't let me onto the code page as it took me straight to paypal and the lady did not care and said there was nothing she could do. Baring in mind the lady I spoke to at first before she passed me on told me they have just revamped their site which could be the reason for the issue I had. Frustrated with the amount I had just spent I asked to cancel. The lady was extremely rude and blunt and went on to say it's my own fault and said you can have a refund and don't even think about going back onto the site to re-order as we have just sold out even though I had purchased and paid for mine. Surely mine must have still been available given the refund hadn't gone through yet. The discount code wasn't the main issue a little frustrating yes but how rude the lady was towards me and when trying to ask how long the refund would take she put the phone straight down on me. I had to call back to speak to the other lady to find out about the refund process. WOW WOW WOW! Such a shame baring in mind this is clearly a small possibly family run business!!!!!! Please ignore their reply as they will fail to mention that I was paying an extra £65 for the delivery and if you take time to read others poor reviews on her and Google you will see that this company will consistently blame the customers for everything. AGAIN they fail to understand that the real problem here is their attitude and poor professionalism not the discount code issue. I have also had to save screenshots of them still selling this item they keep saying they sold out of when they told me not to go online and reorder. They also threatened me with a solicitor for leaving this review.

Over the moon with my Silver mirror it is the perfect size. The packaging was really good and the company ring to arrange delivery which is very rare in this day and age.

I recently purchased a silver mirrored tray from Shabby Chic and Vintage for my daughter in law's birthday. I used the comments box upon ordering to see if SC&V would gift wrap it for me. On the day of her birthday my DIL told me that she was thrilled with the tray and that it arrived gift wrapped. Now that is what I call service with a smile.

I purchased a mirror which once received I didn't like the quality as you could see where the plastic joined.
When I mentioned why I was returning the item I was told that they were shabby chic, I understand what shabby and chic is and this most certainly wasn't.
The item was sent returned signed for, they would not give me a refund even though it was signed for because they couldn't or wouldn't find it. Their address is obviously shared but they don't mention how difficult it is to return something.
I found the whole procedure extremely tiresome and therefore accepted that I was out of pocket.
This business is poorly ran as far as I am concerned.....
And, no I don't have the wrong company.
