These glasses are CHEAP! I have one pair that delaminated and one with the brown wood finish where the brown paint peels off. I look after my glasses so it not due to misuse. Buy a better brand. Or spend less. I have some no name ones 2 for $20 that are way better made

I think they are very good quality for the price I paid. You can easily spend a lot more for lesser sunglasses. I have a couple of pairs and have twice used the replacement service which is a fantastic service.

Failed to ship in timely manner. Lost shipment

I had one hinge broke on the earpiece there are two so they did stay together, contacted customer service and within 2 days I received a new pair great service. Great shades at a great price.

Worst sunglasses I ever bought. Ordered three pairs, each as bad as the next. Lenses are beyond cheap with zero scratch resistance. Save yourself the trouble and grab a pair off the rack at the gas station. Buyer beware!

Shady Rays more shady then I thought they even leave fake 5 star reviews to make themselves look good. Even on shady rays website they don't even post the bad reviews when you leave any making it look like they get nothing but 5 stars which fake reviews. That is false advertising!

I've seen shady rays ads on Instagram a few times and thought I'd give them a try I bought my first pair with a 35% discount this past holiday and my total was still about $47 with a hard case. My package finally came in and it was total disappointment they looked felt cheap and color was supposed to be woodgrain finished it looked like crap I've bought sunglasses at gas stations that were better then this. I summited a return 10 minutes after opening.

These are not $500 glasses, but for the price the quality is very good and the customer service and warranty is great. I received a free replacement after a year when I went in salt water and the lens got a little damage. Free replacement to my door, no shipping fee or anything.

I now have 4 different pairs and all are great

The order came super late and then when I asked to return, since they did not fit my face frame - they took weeks to respond and then told me it was passed the 30 day return policy. Very SHADY, their name suits them.

I got the colorush lenses which claim to enhance colours - this is not the case. the lenses just make the world a little more brown. They're well built sunglasses that are comfortable, but the colorush doesn't do what it claims to do at all. I'm very disappointed.

Lenses seem good but frames are cheap plastic no better than the $30 noname pair I bought off Amazon. I already had one arm snap a month after receiving them and while I was able to claim a replacement since it was within the two year warranty period, it was hardly ‘free’ as I had to pay a $35AUD processing fee which is probably about as much as it cost the company to make the glasses anyway.

I love everything about my experience with Shady Rays! I have owned many high dollar, boutique sunglasses. I proudly say Shady Rays are superior in: fit, style & design.
I’ve already ordered my second pair of sunglasses and will be doing my prescription frames through them also!!

Don’t be suckered in by branding and marketing campaigns. These are $10 sunglasses and a $4 case. You can get the same quality product from a sunglasses kiosk at the mall. Save your money.

There website sucks. All they try to do is upsell you on lenses cases etc. try to get the coupon to work and you will become so frustrated you will give up.

THIS COMPANY IS SHADY ALRIGHT!

At first I was happy for the cost, but when I bought two pair of sun glasses and one was too small for my head. On their website they state your satisfaction is our priority...THEY ARE LYING! The same day I recieved my glasses they emailed me saying I was ineligible for a refund or credit. $60 wasted. DON'T GET SCAMMED! Buy name brand from a trusted source. NOT SHADY RAY'S. SHADY INTEGRITY!

I love Shady Rays! I bought 2 pair initially and have been using them a lot. I went to a concert recently and forgot a hard case, so at night when we were still dancing I put the pair in my pocket and unfotunately cracked the frame. However, no fear! The replacement process was quick and easy. I don't see every buying another brand again!

So dissatisfied as ordered three pair of the sunglasses. On the order email it showed 3 cases at $8.00 each.
That was not on my order. I do not want their cases! Be careful and reread your order before the purchase.

Pretty sure my glasses were broken some how in shipping. Not poor quality at all. They’re replacing them no questions asked. Definitely satisfied with my experience with ShadyRays!

When it was time to begin my hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, I knew Shady Rays were the sunglasses I would need. So, I bought a second pair (just in case).

Now, I am about to begin a 17k mile/27k km motorcycle exploration of South America and Shady Rays will be there again. The only question I have is, which style?
