I have been travelling to train with Shaolin Dragon Academy since 2013, returning every year to experience authentic Shaolin training. Each visit brings something new to learn and see. The teachers are kind, patient, and deeply knowledgeable, with many years of teaching and training experience behind them.

Over the years I’ve learned traditional training methods in the heart of the mountains, weapons forms, and Sanda self-defence. I’ve also travelled across China immersing myself in the culture tea ceremony, language, calligraphy, and many other preserved traditional arts. This year I even got to experience movie stunt training and wire work, and was taken to a remote, beautiful area of China’s nature to train truly an unforgettable experience.

I can’t recommend this academy highly enough for anyone wanting a genuine, immersive Shaolin experience.

I had such a great time at International Shaolin Dragon Academy! All the teachers are very nice, friendly and patient, and the training environment is welcoming and professional.
