Please believe me when you see this that you take heed and don’t waste your money. I just wish I had researched this sham of a company before I ordered the bras from them. Oh Had I only known!!
Why do they send a different size than the ones you chose from their size guide? Not only that, they sent different colour choices than the one I asked for and now I have just read on others reviews they want you to pay for the return postage!!! Disgusting.

What a useless product! I ordered 3 bras, the backing of the bra is just a cut out of fabric, no stitching just raw cuts! It has zero ability to stay in place! It is not fit for purpose! They take your money and refuse to give refunds! They insist you return your product tracked mail to China which costs more than your product! This is a fraudulent company! Do not waste your money!!!

Nothing like advertised sizing and quality are crap

Stop lying about the quality of your product. I ordered the 'correct size' but my boobs kept falling out - there is no 'side boob' support. In fact there is NO support whatsoever and the shoulder straps keep falling down, giving even less support to the NO support bra - please don't waste your money...

Do NOT order from this company. They send a different size than you ordered as standard, they claim this is due to ‘international sizing differences’. You then have to pay international shipping costs to return.

Absolutely disgusting! They’re conning people’s hard working money! I ordered 3 pack set ! They’re so cheaply made I won’t even take them for free if someone offers me! I asked them to return they told me to send them back to china! So £24 including delivery they charged and I had to return the crap back to china so that cost me £15 so I got back £9 out of £24! So please beware of these cons! They’re just robbing you!

Awful!!! Not true to size, nightmare to arrange a return and when you finally get in touch you are told to pay for the return and make sure it is tracked! Not worth returning due to the cost. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Looking for a comfortable bra and having tried the usual brands and shops, I saw what looked like just the right bra for me on TikTok. The people advertising them were very convincing. When the bras came they were tiny and the material was nothing like that the models were wearing. I followed their size guide and ordered X-Large. They cost £20 for three (I should have known). I did get a reply from chicwear and an address in china to send them back to. I am more angry at the models on TikTok than anything else. No fool like an old fool eh.

This is my second attempt ordering bras that simply dont fit i went to send first order back but it cost more then the bras's itself !! i tried endlessly to contact a human being only to speak to a bot repeating itself . I thought stupidly i would attempt a second order despite a loss on first order but the order came ,poor quality in material , no support on bust and not fitting well .
No point sending back post is £18.00 my advice to Anyone thinking of purchasing a bra from this company DONT.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering, shame on me!
Have tried to contact customer services 3 times to send it back, ordered the buy 1 get 2 free, only 1 turned up, thought it was too good to be true, I guess I won’t be seeing my money again.

Bought via tik tok from this site wish I had done due diligence as I normally do by checking this site said buy one get two free waited weeks only one showed up
No where near the size advertised AND cheap material with band curling up daughter two sizes smaller couldn’t get her boobs in complete waste money

I ordered three bras but the sizes and quality was nothing like advertised so I asked to return them but found it was almost impossible, at first they wanted pictures of the original packaging not the bags they are in but the outer bag which nobody keeps , when the eventually agreed to a return the address was in china and they wanted me to pay for tracked postage which cost more than the bras !
What a rubbish firm , I would never use again !

No stars if I could!! Bought the no wire bras for large breasts.
So flimsy, no way can the bra support your breasts.

Purchased an item on 8th March and still have not received it. Shapechic state it was delivered to a certain address which was not my address and not even in the town where I live. I was refused a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs.

DONT BUY FROM SHAPECHIC UK and don't give up on getting your refund, I paid with Barclay card and opened a dispute with them on the grounds shape chic UK , IS NOT BASED ANY WHERE IN THE UK it is very misleading ,I have my full refund it did take a couple of weeks , but I can put that money to better use and it is very satisfying after all those BL**DY emails asking if there is any thing else they can do , knowing full well they wont do a thing, I am glad I did not give up and write the money off, happy they did not get to keep my money, so stick to your guns!!!
