Well I ordered 2 bras and got 4 free (bargain) and felt smug and excited. Then I read the reviews and was terrified, I thought I'd been well and truly scammed.
Lucky for me all turned out well.
The bras arrived within the 14 day period stated. Tick.
The bras looked exactly like what I had ordered. Tick.
The bras stitching and finish was good and the material was exactly as expected, light with elasticity. Tick.
The bra size is perfect and I ordered in line with the chart. Tick.
The fit and comfort is great, they gently lift me, no digging in and the best bit ... no more back fat! Tick.
So all in all, all my boxes ticked and I'm happy with my purchase.
The only point I will say is im 36D and I would imagine anyone with much larger breasts perhaps would struggle with support, there's probably a limit to their lifting ability but for me they are great.

Do not buy from them. I bought a body suit, it arrived and was not fit for purpose ( not even wearable). When i contacted them with my issue and proof of the problem they want me to spend another £15 to send the item back to them when it wasn't my fault that the product isn't fit for purpose. Absolutely disgusting customer service, not been helpful I'm anyway at all. This company needs to be investigated by trading standards. Absolutely awful.

Flimsy material that offers no support whatsoever. Cheap rubbish. I wish I read the reviews online before buying and noticed the viewers comments were switched off. Clearly for a reason! I tried to return and the return address I was given was China. I was going to be £16 to return a £22 item. Not worth it! SCAM!

These bras are really poor quality, offering as much 'support' as a crop top.
Loose threads all over the first bra I took out of the packaging. I didn't bother opening the other ones.
Returning immediately.

Rubbish do not buy it waste your money. This company should be investigated by trading standards as they advertise a product that is clearly not fit for purpose. They offer no support are flimsy and poor quality and then when you try to complain they say you have to pay to return the rubbish. No wonder reviews and comments are turned off from their social site. Please avoid they are a scam

Ordered 3 ‘ordinary bras’
Advertised as push up effect, soft material, you won’t want to take them off.
They arrived after a few weeks of ordering (from China??) This was not stated when ordering.
I was flabbergasted by the cheap flimsy material which would definitely not have a push up effect. Not supportive whatsoever. Not fit for purpose. Size way out.
Sent an email to customer services with photos as per their return policy.
Still waiting for an answer. No return address (they ask you to email their customer services dept to ask for return address)
Please don’t waste your money like I did.

These ‘bras’ are the most rubbish quality and don’t fit at all, nothing like the pictures! Wish I’d read these reviews first, what an absolute con.

It was not clear that they are shipped from China. I looked at size guide and ordered two at my size and one larger, it looks nothing like the adverts and worn twice and is already fraying. So disappointed.

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Company!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has the worst return policy I’ve ever encountered. They expect customers to pay for their own returns—even if the item is faulty—by shipping it all the way to China at their own expense! Every reputable company provides a prepaid return label or at least a reasonable return solution, but not this one.

Their customer service is unhelpful, and they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. Avoid this company at all costs unless you’re willing to gamble with your purchase and risk losing your money.

Absolute rubbish no support, cheap and nasty Avoid like the plague!

The bras are cheap flimsy material, useless support. Most disappointed.

TOTAL RUBBISH - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Cheap & Nasty. Didn't cover a 1/3 of my boob. Ordered larger than I normally wear. I didn't even have to take it out of the package to see it wouldn't fit. No support whatsoever, so even if it had fitted, it wouldn't have supported.
Tried to contact them for a refund - no response.
Lesson learned. Stick with M&S 😡

Bras are made of very thin lycra type fabric and the padding is plasticy sponge. There is no support because there are no seams or shaping. Sizes are completely off because they're manufactured in China, so sizing is for Asian women. T e m u sell the exact same bras for £3.

I saw this on so many ads then when I saw you can get 3 for the price of one or whatever it was, I thought yes I need to buy them! Took forever to arrive I think it was 3 weeks. I got my regular size and a size bigger. Shocking fit on both sizes. I have no idea what sizes they were. Poor material no idea what it is. Kinda feels like swimwear. The straps don't stay up, boobs don't stay in... its horrible!! Total con!! Save your money!!

Should have read all of these reviews. Awful product. Totally incorrect sizing. Poor quality. And returns via China.

These bras are nothing like the pictures at all. It’s just two pieces of fabric sewn together really poorly. I got my ‘recommended’ size and that was way too small. Not comfortable at all, false advertising! Not worth spending your money on them.

I sent an email to ask where my order was twice and got no feedback, wasn’t until I said I was taking these emails further for bad customer service then they answered and said they replied, I never got a reply, even checked my junk and spam.

Employees do not care about their customer service, can’t even return then bras as their is no returns label, they have gone straight in the bin, will not be wasting my money on this company again! AVOID AT ALL COST!

From china and size is not too fit, then have to pay double amount to send it back so absolutely not worth it.

Absolute con! Larger chested woman. Do not fit at all. I would have to return items at my expense for them to inspect them before receiving a refund. So shoddy! Gave me 30% back after I complained further. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!

Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support

The audacity of this woman!
She's not telling me that I should contact Royal Mail for delivery and she would reship the items if I don't receive them by 3rd January and when I said I want refund, she says she can refund 30% for inconvenience and only the full amount after I receive it, I would have to pay shipping to return it and then they can refund after inspection.

I ordered from HiShape Chick UK at the end of November, paying nearly £23, and was supposed to receive my order two weeks ago. According to tracking, the package reached a certain point on December 16, and there have been no updates since.

I contacted their customer service repeatedly, only to receive the same unhelpful, copy-pasted response each time from an agent named Emma. Despite Royal Mail advising me to contact the sender for a refund, Emma outright refused, claiming that unless it’s confirmed as lost, they won’t issue a refund. She hasn’t even attempted to contact Royal Mail or take any steps to resolve the situation.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I am left without my order or any resolution, and the company seems unwilling to take responsibility. I would not recommend HiShape Chick UK to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
