I received a tot bag that was not quilted nor 3d. Tried to email them but you can’t respond and they just say sorry for the inconvenience

This is not a scam! Got what I ordered and love them. They’re was never a problem.

A Scam! Do not order from this company! I ordered a quilted laundry basket! They send an Oxford cloth basket! They would not sent send a return label!

I did not get a legit tracking # and got no confirmation that it has been shipped or on its way. I ordered it 3 days ago and haven’t heard anything about my order. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. Very frustrating and disappointing. I haven’t received anything and there is no record of me ordering on their site

The images show quilted items, but what arrives is not. You get fabric that’s a print of what may have been one item originally beautifully quilted, but that is NOT what you arrives. Totally misleading.

Scam ordered 5 weeks
Ago nothing received, emails just bounce back

I agree with all the previous comments. I order 2 items early Dec and have received nothing to date. I tried to email and it bounced back. Luckily I paid using a credit card so was able to dispute the transaction.

Placed my order 6th December. It is now the 12th January and despite several emails I have no goods, no responses and no phone number to contact. DO NOT USE

Ordered hoody 2nd December and still not received even though the delivery time stated 3-7 working days. Have emailed the company on 6 different occasions and heard nothing. Don’t use this company.

Do not buy very disappointing, not like images . Item damaged .Chinese company

Ordered 2 tops waited 3 weeks for one still awaiting the 2nd ! Received from a Chinese company - quality really poor and the XL fits an average 14 . Beware their marketing is great the goods aren’t. Spent almost £60 on goods that are budget goods . Really disappointed.
