My experience with Sharepal.in was honestly ridiculous and deeply stressful, and it completely ruined an important event for me.

I placed an order on Jan 18 for a Canon wildlife camera combo and binoculars, and paid extra for expedited morning delivery on Jan 23 because I was participating in a bird race event starting at 5:30 a.m. on Jan 24. I completed verification and received confirmation that delivery would be on time.

What followed was a full day and night of chaos, false promises, and extremely irresponsible handling. On Jan 23, the delivery did not arrive. Instead, I spent the entire day repeatedly following up while being assured again and again that the equipment would be delivered shortly. I was asked to accept two different camera substitutions due to availability issues, which I agreed to, yet delivery still did not happen.

I was promised delivery by 6 p.m., then 10 p.m., then midnight, and I continued receiving calls and messages as late as 1:45 a.m. with claims that courier bookings had been made. Those bookings kept getting cancelled. Rather than being honest and telling me delivery was not possible, Sharepal kept stringing me along, expecting me to stay awake all night waiting for a delivery that never came.

I had to leave for my event without the equipment I had specifically rented for it. I lost sleep, arrived exhausted, and was unable to participate properly. The stress and disappointment were entirely avoidable and caused purely by Sharepal’s refusal to be transparent.

When Sharepal contacted me the next afternoon to deliver the equipment, long after it was needed, I declined. As of Jan 26, I am still waiting for any update on my refund.

This was not a minor delay. It was prolonged misrepresentation, complete disregard for a time sensitive commitment, and extremely poor customer treatment. I would strongly advise against using Sharepal for anything remotely important or time bound.

Rented DSLR camera on sharepal. The condition of the equipment was good. The delivery was on time. The pickup was smooth. Just two feedbacks. customer verification can be completed at the same day of payment. Verification was on hold until delivery day keeping us on edge whether we would receive the equipment or not. Second feedback is we have to call them to confirm the delivery time. Same for the pick up. Customer should receive the call not other way around. Other than that the experience was good and I would like to rent equipment in future from sharepal

I rented a riding boot, a luggage bag and GoPro 13 for my bike trip. It was delivered one day before in good condition. GoPro had all accessories required for a ride.

Device delivered on time and it is totally hustle free

The service offered is great and the rates seem like actual rental rates, rather than a lot of places where it seems cheaper to just buy the item instead. I like being able to try different things without cluttering my house with so much stuff.
Not being able to reach out to a service rep can feel like you're being ignored. Especially when people rent items, it's usually for an event that is close at hand, so time is of the essence. If there is a defective product, missing item, or something that doesn't fit, knowing that these things will be resolved in a timely manner puts one's mind at ease.
Also, making people aware of the delivery/exchange process would be nice. For example I had asked for COD, and was also asked to verify that I received everything before giving the code to the Porter, but not to pay them. I was confused as to whom I was to pay. I had no idea that the package would come locked, and no idea how to get the combination, and therefore, could not verify the contents. Also, it was past 10pm, so your offices were shut. I ended up giving the Porter the OTP, after which I got a payment notification from SharePal. It would've been helpful if the payment notification also said that the combination would be made available after making the payment.
I had ordered riding jackets, and it would be nice to have options to specify different sizes for different brands you have on offer. For example, I fit into an XL for Rynox, but need a XXL for BBG because their fit is different.
Also, when I enquired if I could drop by and collect the stuff myself from your warehouse location, I was told that it was not an option. I feel making that option available makes it easier on everyone involved, in getting what they want. Especially since I was told to hang on to both jackets, after I asked for a replacement, and return them both together during pickup. It seems wasteful on your side to hold up inventory like that especially since I was renting gear for nearly 3 weeks.
Overall, the quality of products delivered seem satisfactory, even though some of the products did show signs or wear/damage.

Everything was good..the camera and the process..i am very satisfied with sharepal. I had a great trip with that.im satisfied.slthe only thing is after returned the camera they should update immediately in website that you guys received camera back safely ...bcoz im worried more than you...except that everything was good.

The projector quality is great working great, just that I was promised a remote along with the projector but I did not get the remote when the order was delivered inside the package

Good products and in clean condition. But there is no quick response from customer care and there is no point of contact after placing and order for any queries. Overall is good experience with sharepal.
