Experience of renting mandatory trekking stuffs on a click was amazing. Although company needs to improve in their tech related to end to end operations to make it easy for customers. Otherwise good experience and all the best to Sharepal team!!

It is a good place where you rent a single use things which are often expensive. everything is good but people wentto use sharepalShould plana bit ahead. There may be confusion with order status and user verification can take extra time.

Also, Their customer care is not very prompt. The responses are delayed.

From the starting
Price are good. But delevery is not for all locations. Most irritating movement is order confirmation is so late.
After order received overall packing is ok but dji gimbal packing is not good all pcs have lot of scratches But ok.
The main thing is combo of dji and camera is not connecting the combo of both is useless
But Finally sharepal team is good in attending ther costumes I understand some time it's happens but please work on it

Overall experience was decent, but the delivery timing needs improvement. The order arrived at 11:30 PM, and the pickup confirmation came nearly 12 hours after handing over the order to Porter. The delays during delivery and return made the experience inconvenient.

I don't usually rate or review any service or product but I must say the service was indeed really good. The response time on what's app can be improved but if you take records of while receiving and packing the product back again, the rest of the service is great. It was smooth and hassle free.

It was very great experience. I never know about i can get this kind of high professional service from Sharepal with very reasonable pricing.

The fleece jacket I got was a bit of worn out from use and with lint already formed inside, so decided against wearing it and the response I got was below instead of like a partial refund/replacement for the hassle.

Everything is fine and good jacket is good, main thing need to upgrade is delivery partners issue is happening while picking up nobody is accepting and they were calling me to do cancel the order,this is need to upgrade plz

The shoes were very clean and tidy. Would 10/10 recommend and would also take it the next time

Extremely Poor Experience Completely Unreliable Service
Everything went wrong with all 6 orders we placed for Blu Armour intercoms, riding jackets, and a camera, despite booking them 30 days in advance.
On the day of delivery, only 2 out of 6 orders were delivered, that too around 9 PM. At the same time, we received a call informing us that 3 Blu Armour intercoms were unavailable, and we were asked if they could be replaced with VNET intercoms. Since our plan was already locked, we agreed just to avoid being left without any equipment.
The remaining deliveries arrived around 12 AM, just hours before our ride.
When we opened the boxes, 2 out of the 3 VNET intercoms were completely damaged and unusable. We immediately reported this to SharePal, but received no timely response.
The next day, in the middle of our ride, we were asked to provide video proof, which is completely unreasonable. Expecting customers to carry damaged products just to prove they were faulty shows a serious lack of practical support.
To make things worse, even the so-called “QC passed” Blu Armour intercoms were not working properly. The buttons were unresponsive, making them entirely unusable.
Due to poor planning, failed quality checks, delayed deliveries, and lack of support, the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend this service for rides or for anything else where reliability matters.

UPDATE.
After escalating the issue, the customer service team responded quickly and handled the situation professionally. The damaged products were acknowledged, and we received a full refund for them. SharePal also provided additional compensation for the inconvenience caused.
While the initial experience was extremely frustrating, the resolution and responsiveness from the support team were appreciated.
Because of this quick action and refund support, I am updating my rating from 1 to 4, hoping the company continues improving its delivery reliability and quality assurance going forward.
