Delivery and pickup timings, packaging is very good, overall amazing experience

While I was checking online for camera rentals, I came across Sharpal. After reading so many reviews, I wanted to give it a try. Ordered it almost 20 days prior and got a discount. On the delivery day, I got a message that everything was packed and being sent by a delivery partner, no unnecessary phone calls, and I didn't even pay in advance. Later that day received the parcel. The bag was packed with a number lock. Once payment was done, they sent be unlocking code. This whole process was very smooth. I liked the way it was managed till I could use the device. The camera is also good; they provided everything a DSLR needs, no extra charges. Return was also very smooth, just two messages. The service was top-notch.

The entire experience from placing the order, delivery, product to pick-up was great. No hiccups of any kind, everything aas very organised

Product quality was good. But the pickup and delivery service is poor. I had to wait for 2 more hours from the scheduled pickup time and 1 more hours from the scheduled delivery time for the order. Customer care is not available whenever you need them.

Smooth Delivery and Pick up. I was informed with tracking details. Neatly packed and the Steering was well maintained. There's an insurance option to add just in case there's a damage done by Kids..

2) Ought to mention clewrlt that Aadhar & Pan is required before the payment.. You were doing aadhar authentication post paying. Many will not be comfortable doing it

Console works well customer support is great the only problem i faced was that i had ordered bundle with 2 controllers and received only one,not that big of a problem and can be understood that this might happen sometimes.

Reached out to customer support and they were kind enough to compensate with an extra day for the issue faces.

Unfortunately, my experience with SharePal wasn’t great. I did not receive the items I originally requested and was given alternatives just 15 minutes before I had to leave for a late-night flight. The whole process felt rushed, and the team only informed me after I called them to check on my order. Also, the glove sizes were not mentioned correctly, which made it difficult to find the right fit. My suggestion would be to proactively inform customers if items are out of stock instead of handling it at the last minute.

SharePal offers a good range of rental products at reasonable prices. Renting from them can help you save up to 70% compared to buying the same items.

However, the main issue is with their transport partner, Porter. Some drivers prefer pickups and deliveries only at locations convenient for them. If the location is not convenient, they may repeatedly call and ask you to cancel the order, sometimes even behaving rudely or pressuring you until you cancel.

It was really good experience with sharepal. I booked PS 5 for my 7 yr old daughter and she really enjoyed a lot and played almost 15 days. Once she got bored then i sent the device back. I almost saved lot of money without buying that item. So this is really good platform to buy and use first.

The entire process was very structured from the order placement to receiving it with unlock codes . Only part is too much of automation made me anxious till I got my order, so inflow of communication can be made more frequent so that first time user feels less anxious however it's just an improvement area and apart from it rest process is amazing even the rates are highly competitive in comparison to local market.

Experience was best. One suggestion keep the rent payment for product little low or less may be 70% considered current rent payment, so that for more duration people will get product utilisation and more people can join to you.

The console and games are all good however, as far as the delivery is concerned it not up to the mark.
I ordered the console on 5th of march and was suppose to get this on the same day, they gave me an option to choose from a time slot in which 11-12 pm as available so I booked it, first of all these guys changed the delivery date to the 6th without any prior notice or any kind of intimation. Somehow I contacted them in the middle of the night to resolve to which there was very slow response. After this they managed to book a porter to get the console to me, upon seeing this I got relieved but that was not all the porter guy was another character, on the porter tracking I was able to see that this has picked up the order and is on the way to me I was thrilled seeing this that at last even if it is coming at this late hour these guys did it however fate had some other thing planned for me.
Porter guy was near my location and was showing that he will arrive at my house within 10 mins but within few seconds it changed to 26 mins and that guy's location was altogether different somehow. I called him up and asked him what the hell he is doing to which he tried to throw me off and told me that there might be a possibility the tracking page is showing wrong and will arrive in a few minutes i thought this might happen but after 10 minutes I thought to myself something is fishy I called him up and shouted at him that the time is 2:00 am what do you want to do on which he confessed that he arrived at the pickup location and tried calling sharepal guys but they switched of the phone after a couple of tries he didn't wanted to cancel this as his account can get suspended for couple of hours because of some strange porter policy. I got so frustrated and tried reaching out to these guys but failed as there was no response that I can understand as it was a late hour.
All in all the process of the console coming to me was a hassle and full of frustration however once it got to me it was great the packing was great there was neat and sturdy box on which there was a lock upon making the payment I got the code to that.

Last but not the last they charge an extra fee of 99 for COD orders but I will recommend to all the customers to book a COD as the delivery process can take time and your money will be with these guys and it can get delayed to an extent that when the thing you ordered arrives at your place the utility of that is gone and refund is another hassle in India.

Hassle free renting experience. Timely delivery and pick up. Only suggestion is to provide sharepal delivery and pick up.
