Best experience with product and sharepal team

The products were explained well with reasonable rental rates.

Quality check for selected product was unsatisfactory. So was given another product which was as good condition. Sanitizer, cleaned well and great packaging.

Will surely use this platform to rent more.

Captured all moments very smoothly and nicely

Everything is good and fast , the team was very friendly and helpful, the issue i faced is the lens protector given by them is not good and i dont think so that is orignal , its is already having many scratches and one is automatically fell down somewhere

On time delivery

Speaker is good but i have ordered sony speaker instead of jbl 1 week ago but after one week i have received a call and team said sony speaker is not available this is very disappointing that means there is no value of customer pre booking. Very very huge negative point this.

I wanted a ps5 on rent at around 8 pm Friday evening. By 11, it was at home. They have really worked on their pick up and drop service.

I rented snow pants and snow boots from Sharepal and had an amazing experience. The delivery and return were timely and smooth, products were of good quality.

Ps5 was too good but one of his controller was drifting and games option was too less (like they should include more 2v2 games like mortal kombat,F1 racing, tekken, etc
plus i have taken delivery slot timing between 3 to 5 but delivery was also late
packaging was too good by them

Delivery is good.. But the both gimbal I had received is very pathetic and poor in quality. So much poor quality. You're had given second hand, cheap quality gimbal. After receiving the gimbal for camera. We haven't used a single day.. gimbal was not working properly.. and the quality of gimbal is so much poor... The gimbal was lagging every time.... Many cameramens from the event tried to set axis to fail... They also said gimbal is very pathetic. From where you have bought return it and don't take from there again... It's very poor in quality. We had decided to take gimbal shot.. because of your 3rd quality gimbal.. we were unable to get shot.. i am never gonna buy this..

Since it was first time.i did not believe initially but they delivered before time, packed safely, sealed and sent safely. While opening i was amazed to see the way they have kept the camera safely. Thanks to the team for making awesomely
