I recommend that sharepal provide more high end cameras and prime and telephoto wildlife lenses.

Gopro 13 was in excellent condition. The support the accessories provided were of good quality nothing to worry about. The process of getting the product delivered to home was seamless.

The memory card can be on higher capacity and like how the product is collected first half the same way if the product can be delivered before 6pm max the previous day it would be less of a concern.

Their service is good. I booked a camera at around 9:15 PM. And it was delivered by 10:50 PM. I was impressed. Then they charge for the 24 hours you use and not the delivery and the pick up day. The gears are in good condition and they pack it so well for the transportation. Their customer support is also very good. Overall, I feel they do provide great service.

Absolutely dissatisfied with their service and communication
I placed an online order which then required me to provide my identification which I did
It took them an hour to respond to my queries after having called them multiple times as well as messaging them multiple times
They required a company domain email id not google or yahoo which I did - they assured me that the order is progressing
Now thus to & fro goes on for 4 hours and its 7 pm - I am assuming they are processing my order
At 10:30 pm they respond that they can’t take the risk of renting the equipment- I reach out to them that this is inappropriate, their response go find another vendor
Unfortunately I had no option as I was flying early next morning- end result no drone for my trip - absolutely dissatisfied with their service & comms only if I had know this company is a sham
