The razors arrive quickly after ordering. The quality of the razors and the shave is quite good and the value (price) is very good too. The original handles that came with the razors were awful, and there's been some improvement. However, they are still problematic because I still have to manually take the blade out of the cartridge and put it on the handle because the handle mechanism isn't strong/sharp enough to attach the blade to the handle directly from the cartridge.

The blades shave extremely close, but really too close for me. I find that I do get more razor burn with your blades than with the Gillette Fusion 5 blade model. I think that the wider gap between blades in your model allows the blades to 'bite' into my skin more, and it is uncomfortable. Also, the single trimmer blade on the back of the assembly is really inferior to the Gillette design. It barely cuts, and the black plastic points on the blade scratch my skin.

Great razor for a great shave! It is close shave without the fright of nicking yourself. Overall satisfied with the product.

I have been using 800razors for a couple of years now. Started because of the cost of blades even at the big box stores. I have been completely satisfied with these blades, especially the added benefit that they never seem to wear out (get dull). I have been using the current blade for over 6 months with no sign of getting dull. Don't know how these guys will make much money once people discover that they seem to last for ever rather than replacing them every few weeks like I used to do.

For some reason, and I've tried many times, the handle and the cartridges do not mate. Furthermore, email to the contact address months ago received no replay. Bad product horrible customer service.

Great Product and achieved same results like the more expensive brands. Takes the average 2 weeks for your stubble to grow in patter of razor. Once that is done....GREAT Results!! Thanks

Excellent quality blades that give many shaves per blade. It's as good or better than the more popular brands in the marketplace.

The 800razor gives a smooth shave compared to the other razors I have used. The head is designed so as not to give the occasional nick that other razors give. The blades hold up well & the price is reasonable. Until something better comes along I will give the 800razor 3 blade razor a rating of 10, meaning the best.

Love your blade for shaving, but the trimming blade is dull and dangerous to use. I have to buy a fusion blade for trim and yours for the shave

I tried these blades and razors and immediately decided they were perfect. Very solid product and well made. I can get about 6 or 7 shaves per blade. The cost per blade is so much lower and the quality is much better than the big name blades. Shipping is fast and the companies communications are excellent.

great razors I like price no more tearing of skin like the guarantee blades don't rust and I get four more shaves than the other manufacturers and I shave less I use five bladed one

The razors cut cleanly on first swipe. Very gentle on my skin. I will order more in the future.

I have never tried a 5 blade razor before, and always hated what I had to pay at retail for a 3 blade razor. But now I can buy a fabulous 5 blade razor at a fraction of the retail price...even much less that a 3 blade at retail! These blades are truly top-quality. An amazing shave. And the shaving cream is also fabulous...just a small dab, spread over your beard, is all you need. I will never buy another blade at retail! And I love the fact that they use 100% American-made steel blades. The only online blade I know of which is made in the USA!

I found out about 800razors.com and decided to try their product. I've been 100% satisfied from the beginning. And best of all, it's a company that's local to where I live! So quality, price and supporting a local small business is a perfect combination for me.

Just wanted to throw my two cents into your inquiry.
First off, I find the quality of your razors as good as any I have used and enjoy the savings.
Secondly, your web site makes it extremely difficult to reorder. Each time I attempt to repurchase blades and click on "continue" your procedure does not take me to the next step. It reverts back to your product offerings without taking me to checkout. This is very frustrating and could lead to loss of customers. I think an overhaul of your website is in order and would appreciate your simplifying the process.

Simple is good. That's the story on 800razors.com. The company is easy to deal with. The products are excellent. Customer serrvice is dependable and responsive.

800razors is terrific... Their products are wonderful... I just wish they made a smaller razor - maybe one with just 2 cutting blades... one that would be easier to maneuver over my face!

I got fascinated with the online razor market after learning about Harry's. After trying 800Razors, I concluded they had a better product, especially the 3-blade razor. I'm not sure the 5-blade model is as good as Gillette's. This could be a wildly successful company if it takes a few fundamental steps:
• consider a name change
• improve the packaging and support materials
• fix the glitches on the web site
• improve overall customer experience
This is a superior product that addresses a real frustration in the market, but the competition will eat 800razor's lunch if they don't improve their marketing and service model.
