Found the website easy to navigate, great price on the product required, ordered, paid, and delivered today (less than 24 Hrs after ordering). Can't fault, would recommend, and use again.

Decided to use PayPal to pay but despite this is an option it keeps saying that there is an issue. It’s been more than 2 weeks now.
Staff not helpful at all. They keep saying this would have been fixed by the end of the week… they say it every week. Trying to convince you to use a different payment method. Very disappointed

PayPal is down. Has been down since 3 weeks. They simply don’t fix it.
The Customer Service staff keeps saying “they are working on it and it will be mostly like be fixed by the end of the week”. This is the third week I hear this story. They don’t follow-up. Actually once you make them notice it is still not working they stop responding your emails. Disgrace

Payment options include PayPal. Unfortunately an error keeps coming up since weeks that doesn’t allow any purchase using PayPal. It’s been more than 10 days that I try to buy a shaver and I can’t. Very stressful.
Customer care doesn’t help. They barely reply.

Good products & offers, easy website

That was easy. Just remains to be seen how quickly they shaver arrives. The price for the item (braun series 9 9390) was very good but as is a shaver that has now been updated I guess they have a few to discount to clear the stock.
