Shawfield Timber Avaliações

Got 40 3.6m decking boards. Unfortunately 4 were unfit for purpose. Managed to get job done but really need to check it before it goes out. Everything else from ordering to delivery was excellent

Very helpfull guy in sales after ordering online without realising there was no delivery with my purchase sorted that problem and products were delivered on time. Would use Shawfield timber again.

Excellent service

Excellent product, great price.

Great prices and your delivery guy was very helpful and good at his job delivering the wood straight to my back garden 5 stars

Materials didn't arrive with the order and had to phone a half dozen times before I got a response then a guy told me he'd check what went wrong and phone me back in 10minutes I waited an hour and had to phone back myself then dealt with a further 2 people after that just so they could tell me what I already new they made a mistake and didn't put some of the items on the delivery truck
I asked them to get the missing items sent to me ASAP as I needed them for a job that was commencing the following day and they said they weren't going to be delivering the missing items until the middle of next week so I had to opt for a refund and take time out of my working day to pick up the missing materials myself which wasnt easy considering the missing materials was 400kilos of concrete and some timber

Delivery on time. Great service.

Great range of products, great quality and efficient delivery

Ordered online with specification to cut plywood sheet. Cut as requested and available to collect same day

Very good service delivering timber for a new fence, would recommend

Excellent service & delivered as requested.

Great range of materials, friendly staff, I'll definitely use them again.

Sent wrong size of door compared to what was ordered. Had joiner booked to install door...has done his best to adapt door to fit better but not ideal. Would have sent back if joiner wasnt booked in to complete work. Wouldn't recommend.

I got 2.4m lengths of 18mm quad beading for over 50% less than bigger diy stores, also ordered online went next day and got within minutes all taped up. Great shop

Easily navigated web site and very quick service at the depot.

Top product and service at fantastic value. Will use again

Purchased some louvre doors, and unfortunately one was damaged in transit.
Not the fault of the supplier I must add.

I raised this problem that evening and by 8am the following morning I had a response to say replacement door will be with me the next day…… and so I did.

Great customer service, and very good products.

Great customer service.well done to you all for quick and easy service

Item arrived with packaging ripped open at one end which has resulted in a slight chip on the door nothing major but enough to mark the transaction down.Nothing wrong with service or communication.
