Shawfield Timber Avaliações

I was very impressed with my first transaction with Shawfield Timber. I placed my order at 7:52, received confirmation at 8:04 and notice my order was ready for collection at 08:34. My order was a panel requiring cutting so this was particularly impressive. Now that's a slick operation.
When I collected my order the next morning, this was very easy. The young man on the collection point even carried my perfectly cut shelves to the car. Top marks to all involved with my order.

I had an excellent experience with Shawfield Timber while sourcing materials for works undertaken at my flat. Their team were always helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to offer practical advice, ensuring I got exactly what I needed. The quality of the materials was great, and everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I’d happily use them again and highly recommend.

Spot on service and product range

Good quality timber delivered on time and a great price.

From order to delivery, first class service.
I have given only 4 stars as some of the timber was not the correct length. This was replaced cery quickly.
Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.

First class service as always, staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating

Service and product nearly hit the mark. I asked for it to be cut into 1.2 metre lengths and it wasnt

Website is easy to follow and the range of products is brilliant. Great value for money and was delivered really quickly! Driver was top class and put all the wood where I needed it to be! Highly recommend this company and I will be back .

Easy ordering and appear to value small order customers. Delivery driver was top notch 👍

Good service and helpful staff, prices also good

Ordered online, all confirmed next day and quick efficient delivery.

I was looking for decorative wood moulding to create a half panel wall in my hallway. After looking at the usual places like Wickes and b&q I decided to do a Google search and Shawfield Timber came up. They were cheaper and only a ten minute drive away. I placed my order online, received an email immediately confirming my order and shortly after, another email saying my order was ready to be collected. All in all, a seamless transaction and would definitely recommend and use again.

Good order experience online and when I needed to add items I called depot and the order was amended efficiently. When goods were delivered driver was under pressure to complete his schedule on time. I felt this was unfair on him.

Your website was easy to use, I found what I wanted, ordered it in the evening, and arrived early next morning to pick it up. Was met with Friendly helpful staff, product was ready, and was exactly what I needed.
