Even 1 star is too much!!!! Please never never order from them! I ordered a biker leather jacket on 03.11.2024 and I paid it online. I received an order confirmation and then nothing happened for almost 2 months - my order appeared on their site as "in a progress". Then after a lot of e-mails with customer service it was finally sent but not with EXPRESS courier as discussed but with the slowest ever post delivery. So on 14.01.2025 it is still at customs in my country and would arrive eventually tomorrow with more than 200 EUR additional taxes (because of non EU country of origin) . I told the customs that I don't want the product any more (after 3 months) and I refuse to receive it, so they will send it back. Now I hope to receive somewhen my money back, that I paid in November!

Lovely looking slippers, I bought 2 pairs. Both have fallen apart within a month of wearing. I won’t be making future purchases.

Ordered, they came really quick , I opted for the mule slipper and they're extremely uncomfortable, zero padding or sheep in it, they feel like I'm walking on concrete, I genuinely feel like these slippers have been warn before as the insides look flat as if feet have been in them. extremely dissatisfied

I bought my first pair of Sheepers slippers in 2020 and loved them so much that when they fall apart I replace them with another pair. They are comfortable and last well. On first use they feel a little stiff and slightly on the small side but after a few wears they soften up and stretch so they fit perfectly. I recently ordered a new pair and this time did the lucky dip where they choose the colour for you. Pleasantly surprised when I opened them, beautiful colour. Definitely recommend. Ordered on Sunday and arrived today (Friday) not bad for a couple of weeks before Christmas!

Did not have a good experience. Placed an order and received an order acknowledgement soon after. Received a ‘your order is on its way’ email the next day, but no other details (no tracking number). A week later there was no update, so I raised a support ticket, asking for a tracking number, to be told (24hrs later) that the “warehouse hadn’t updated my order” and that the size and style i ordered was out of stock, and did I want a different size instead??? I asked when it would be back in stock (have to raise another support ticket). No reply in 2 days. I checked the website, the size and style I ordered is showing as in stock, could add to basket and take right through to payment. Checked this with support, why is it showing in stock and added my order number (another ticket, another 24hrs)? Got a reply back saying I can’t choose a style for Lucky Dip! I didn’t order a lucky dip! Had to email them back (another 24hrs) to tell them so, linked to my order number (again). I ended up asking for a refund as it had been 2weeks + by this point and I was getting nowhere. Refund came though alright but I won’t be bothering with them again.

Slippers arrived very quickly. I found them comfortable from the start and they are wearing well as I wear them every day. Not had any contact with customer service but I would consider buying from them again. It depends on how long they last

Customer service is rubbish. I loved my pixie boot so got my husband a pair. The sizing wasn't correct - didn't get any response to my email until I was asked by Sheepers to leave a review. When I suggested it wasn't a good idea as it wouldn't be a good one - someone got in touch right away! So, decided to give the slippers to a friend instead of returning them.
In January, the sole of one of my pixie boots seemed to disintegrate - so I contacted Sheepers....received a an initial ticket number but to date I haven't heard from them!
I like supporting small British businesses - but am so disappointed with them. Stopped recommending or buying anything from them =(

Very dodgy company. Purchased a coat in the “Warehouse Sale” at 70% off.
Got an email later same day saying the item is not in stock but would I like to order it at full price.
Item is still showing up in sale items but my size is now out of stock, so clearly just a scam tactic to try to bring traffic to the site. To top it off I’ve also had an email asking me to have another look at the item, and advertising the sale price on the email. I would not trust this company.

The sheepers look great. Love the old fashioned granny slipper look. Unfortunately I have found them quite uncomfortable. They have not softened up like the Web site said they would. I usually have uggs but feel they are now ridiculously expensive but still wanted a good quality slipper. I also bought my own size as this was also recommended but they flip up and down. Sorry for being so negative but they are too expensive to not let others know before they purchase.

I ordered a pair of slippers in January. Yesterday one of them fell apart. Having read the reviews on here I can see it would be a waste of time contacting the company as they would accuse me of wearing them and make me pay to mend them myself. Obviously these slippers are not meant to be worn. I'll just take the loss and never go near this company again.

Absolutely love them! They are so toasty and keep my “normally cold feet” very very warm. I imagine they’ll last a long time as they’re so well made. Definitely recommend!

Aesthetically wonderful…and that’s where the good experience of these slippers ends. Squeaky!! As another reviewer said, I’ve patiently waited till they were broken in…thinking the squeaking would stop, but no, I had to remove the slippers when checking the kids in bed so not to wake them. Further…please don’t buy these for an elderly person. These slippers are dangerously slippy, they have no grip at all. I slipped down the stairs in them, causing injury, and that was the final straw…I’ve binned them. Such a disappointing experience from what I expected to be a premium product.

Received awesome slippers for Christmas as a gift, they are so comfy and nice and warm, perfect for the chilly conditions!
My slippers unfortunately were damaged with a painful spikey bit sticking out and I contacted customer services who responded swiftly and apologised for the damage and offered to send out a new pair to me. I couldn't be happier as the slippers are great, it is nice that they are handmade in a world of fast fashion and cheap throwaway products. Not only that, they look awesome. Very happy with my sheepers and the excellent customer services too ❤️

Hmmm. Don’t get me wrong they are comfy and warm slippers, but after 4 months, the thread literally fell apart. Contacted customer services who basically said I could get a care kit and sew them myself, but like in other reviews, not in the same colour. I’ve not ordered it yet, but suspect there’s a delivery charge.

Personally I find it disgusting that having spent so much money on a pair of slippers, that they just fall apart, then get told I have to fix the manufacturer’s mistake and ultimately at my expense.

Sheepers are selling their products at a premium price in premium packaging, but certainly not living up to it

I had been wanting a pair of sheepers slippers for a long time but felt the cost was too high to justify. As a birthday treat I was gifted a pair in September 23 which I absolutely loved.
I only started wearing these late October due to them being too warm before that but I have to say I'm very disappointed that one of the slippers has come apart. The resolution offered is that I can have a free care pack to stitch the slipper back together myself but the thread colour I need isn't available. I suspect the delivery for that isn't free either. After 3 months of use for what is a more expensive item I didn't expect them to fall apart. I can see I'm not the only person who has had the same experience so I wouldn't recommend on this basis

Ordering and delivery fine. Slippers fit width ways, but do slip up and down at the back when walking. Having paid for the product, I then received news that if this should occur, you could get two free elastic bands which would sort the issue out. I tried to order these, but then find £2.99 is required. I don't understand why two elastic bands aren't put in with every order as a matter of course. Why should you have to pay so much for so little after the slippers have been delivered? It seems quite a stingy strategy when they are not cheap to begin with.

It is now 2nd February and I want to revise my review to let potential customers know they are not true to size. All my footwear are a size 7, but these are just too big. With every step, my feet come out of them. I have bought insoles, and tried elastic bands, but this issue persists. Sadly, I have to admit they are of no use to me whatsoever, and my money has been wasted.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas absolutely loves them has wanted them for a couple years.

Ordered slippers for my granddaughter. They came promptly, but were so disappointing - the soles were as stiff as a board, no give at all as if they had a piece of plywood inserted into them. Emily would never have got on with them, so I initiated a return. I also then read some reviews! Have to take photos and only return via Royal Mail, which I would have done anyway. I have now been refunded just the price of the slippers, which leaves me £8.38 out of pocket for the pleasure of ordering from this company. I would NOT recommend either the slippers or the company.* I have just reas that according to Consumer Law, the company should refund me for the standard postage I paid for delivery, so I am now going to ask for that.

Absolutely awful customer service! I’ve been buying slippers from this company for a few years now. I recently bought some for my daughter and when they arrived they were too small. According to the website, if you wish to return/exchange you must contact them via email and they will send a return slip. I did this and received no response. after about 5 days I sent another email and again got no response. I sent a third email after reading the FAQs on the website that stated that, unless the email contained very specific information, emails would be ignored!! After sending an email with this specific information I finally received an email back with a returns label. I had to pay for the postage myself, which would later be refunded if the slippers were in an acceptable condition. The postage had to be a specific tracked service which is only available to buy online. This was not made clear so I had a wasted trip to the post office. After finally getting the postage right, I checked online and the slippers had gone out of stock so I could not get the exchange I wanted. This is some weeks after I first received them.
It seems like a very clunky system at the best. At worst it’s a system that seems to actively discourage returns, which is a customer right. The language used in the process is also very loaded leaving me feeling like I am somehow trying con the company by simply requiring an exchange. The fact that the postage must be paid by the customer until it can be proven that the item is not defected, does not leave the customer feeling valued in any way.
I won’t be buying from them again.

Really lovely company to deal with - I've had several pairs of spa slippers, gloves and dog beds and all great quality. Also bought as gifts which are equally loved!
