I’d definitely give Shepper five stars – it’s honestly my favourite mystery shopper platform. It’s really easy to use and everything just feels straightforward.

I use it quite a lot, especially for the Waitrose £40 delivery mystery shopper jobs – they’re my favourite.

Would definitely recommend!

Great variety of jobs. No need to wait to be approved for a job. Clear guidance an instructions. Quick pay and quick withdrawals. Excellent support from a kind, thoughtful and helpful support team.

A great group of staff very helpful and they have plenty of jobs to pick up as and when you can.

Customer service is great they always respond very fast jobs pay reasonable well for what they require you too do payout is fast and has in the past been processed on weekends 100% recommend for a extra little boost of cash with your spare time

Have only been picking up jobs for the past month but it's super easy and straight forward to pick up jobs and complete then. There are also a variety of tasks to complete so you never get bored. Those that I've interacted with at Shepper have been super helpful and friendly.

Overall I’ve had a great experience using Shepper mystery shopping. It took me a little while to get used to exactly how to complete the tasks - I had a couple failed in the beginning but if you read the tasks fully, not rush the tasks and provide good photos then that’s all you need.
Payments can be good and sometimes there’s a few shops in the same area so you pick up a few jobs for the same day. Payment is fairly quick and straight to my account. Would recommend.

Good variety of work and assignments. Regular. Can be problematic if the assignment is rejected, as no payment will be made. So sometimes wastes time.

Its not perfect, but better than any other app - better by a massive margin.

I’m just new with Shepper but so far they seem an excellent company. Great communication and they are quick to pay and sort out any issues you may have.

Brilliant company, great for ad-hoc working if you have a spare afternoon. The contact team are always very helpful if there are any queries and really active in responses on the (albeit limited) times I've had to seek help or advice. Would reccomed.

The helpdesk can come across a bit passive aggressive at times. The company is great to work for, but I really would like to be spoken to politely when I'm requesting support. I picked up 4 tasks and politely asked if I could change 2 to the day after. These particular tasks have had a drop down with choices of dates in the past when I've applied. Instead, I was spoken to abruptly and it felt like I was being told off for accepting tasks, then not being able to complete them. I could have just cancelled them. I'm a reliable member and it made me feel really upset over the Easter weekend.

This is a Fantastic App, very easy to navigate and great opportunities to earn some extra money and do interesting jobs. Highly recommend and great support from Shepper.

I am a fairly new user of the app, but quickly found it straightforward and easy to use. I used training materials on the app to get started and to understand how to perform tasks. I love doing mystery shopping tasks with Shepper!

I’m new to this app but I’ve carried out a few tasks some have been simple and some have been more complicated but the team are great for helping and answering queries promptly. I’m looking forward to trying other tasks.

Very good to work for. I am fairly new to Shepper, but the staff support is great if you have a problem. Lots of jobs to choose from as well
