Thank you for sharing a review. I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your order in 3 weeks. I did an investigation on your order. Since your shipping address is in Australia, the shipping time would be much longer. If you did not receive the order in 4 weeks, we can issue a replacement or a refund to you. Since the order was shipped from Netherlands to Australia, the delivery could be longer. For any Europe order, we deliver the order in 5-8 business days. For any order in UK, we deliver in 2-3 days.

Thank you for sharing a review. I am sorry to hear that you receive your order in 25 days. I did an investigation on your order. Since your shipping address is in Japan, the shipping time would be much longer. The order was shipped by DHL E-commerce. It is different from DHL Express. DHL E-commerce uses local postal channel to transit the parcel, so the shipping time is longer. For any Europe order, we deliver the order in 5-8 business days. For any order in UK, we deliver in 2-3 days.

Thank you for sharing a review. I am sorry to hear that you found the products fake. We commit to sell the best quality teeth whitening products. The Crest toothpaste is Original and made in USA. It is imported from Hong Kong P&G, so there is a sticker with Chinese characters pasted on top of the original packaging. I believe which the Chinese characters scared you. If you tear off the sticker, you can see its original English packaging. Hope this email ease your concern.
