I ordered ship pads 3 weeks ago. I didn't receive any confirmation. I emailed a couple of days later and received a response. I've heard nothing since despite emailing 4 times asking for an update.

Still no response and no product. I've paid a premium price for no product and terrible service.

I do not recommend anyone uses this company.

i have not received any confirmation of my order or delivery time, just money from my account. i’m sure the product will be great if it arrives, but i’m not even sure it will.

Ordered shin pads sleeves over a month ago and still have not received them. Contacted customer services do enquire the delivery date but did not receive a reply. Do not use this website!

Ordered custom shin guards for my daughter. The website didnt list my country as one they shipped to, so I emailed them asking if there was any possibility to order, and yes!! They just added my country to the list so I could order.

Shin guards are awesome, my daughter is very happy with them.

10/10 will use again and couldn't recommend more!

I will tell you about my experience with old order, quality was very good but the time that i take waiting to receive it was too much long that you write in the website.

Ordered shin pads for my granddaughter, delivered within an appropriate time, looked amazing, would definitely use again

Amazing customer service go above and beyond for you! Rang me to discuss the design and changed it straight away! Sent out super quick! Shin pads look amazing and such good quality! so chuffed and can not wait to gift them on Christmas Day!

Shin pads arrived yesterday all I can say is I’ll have a very happy grandson on Christmas Day…. So pleased I picked this website after checking a few, Martin and Becky were so helpful wen I rang to check on delivery, the quality is really good and that’s after a thorough check from an ex pro footballer, I’m sure when my granddaughter takes up football I’ll go no where else ! I have recommended to several friends

Never received the parcel, apparently it was delivered by Evri but definitely not to me! The shin pads were printed with my Grandsons photographs, God knows where they have ended up! Seller was pretty unresponsive to messages and not very helpful when I did manage to get hold of him. Refused to give a refund and only offered to send another pair out for half price which would mean a total cost of £60 for a pair of kids shin pads! Needless to say I didn't bother and ordered from somewhere else.

Great Service, Great Communication, Regular Updates

We are pleased with the actual product. They fit well and are comfortable. However, the customer service was poor and rude. I emailed after a week of placing my non personalised order to ask when it would be dispatched. The reply was blaming Christmas orders, at the start of Nov? And the tone was very short and rude. I won’t buy again or recommend.

I had no problems at all it was easy to fill in the request details for my order
I have received the shin pads and am very pleased with them
Would recommend
