Easy to setup and use

Account setup was easy and immediate. Shipped my first item and that went easy as well. I had questions that were answered quickly. So far, everything goes very smoothly. I love it!

You’re going to be charged on the 14th…

You’re going to be charged on the 14th day of your trial and even if you don’t touch the paid period they won’t even consider reimbursing.

They don’t save you any money in shipping. It’s a membership scam.

There's no hidden timeline; you have the full 14 days to evaluate whether our platform works for your shipping needs, and you can cancel anytime during that period with no charges.

About cancellation and refunds: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time; there are no long-term contracts or commitments. If you were charged and didn't intend to continue, we absolutely want to make that right. However, we've searched our records and cannot find an account or support ticket associated with your name. We also haven't received any cancellation or refund requests from you through our normal support channels.

About shipping savings: Our platform is designed to help customers access discounted USPS and UPS rates, compare carrier options, and streamline their shipping workflow. The value varies depending on shipping volume and needs, which is exactly why we offer a free trial, so you can determine if the savings and efficiency gains work for your specific situation.

Ship.com is quick to respond to my concerns. I was surprised! I asked them to refund my automatic deduction I paid because I decided just to ship on demand for my business. I had a hard time though in sending my first package. It was confusing how to put the right weight of the products I would send in the app.
