It's so much easier to get quotes out for outgoing shipping. And then once it's pd, it's 2 clicks and it's paid and printed. A lot quicker.

Ship.com is a great tool to have for my small business I love how it connects into my square platform so easy to use once invoice is paid it allows you to generate a label and sends customer an email that order was shipped also the shipping rates are very reasonable.. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a shipping service!

I have been using Ship.com since 2018 when I started using Zensales, which was later acquired by Ship.com. Zensales promised me a free lifetime account and in September 2022 Ship.com discontinued this grandfathered in service level and started charging $20 monthly for a service that had previously been free. I downgraded to the new free account that was offered, but the postage rates did not have the lowest rates anymore and every package was costing $1 more to ship than when I had my original plan. I am a small business and cannot pay a monthly fee for a shipping service when other services offer the lowest postage rates with no limit on packages for free. I am very disappointed in Ship.com and no longer use the service. I am happy with my new shipping service and would only use Ship.com if they reinstate my original FREE account with the lowest shipping rates...
