0000 stars. Bought what they stated were Judy Blues jeans, fake, fake, fake. Have emailed the company repeatedly to get instructions for return. The message is always, we are sorry you are not happy, you have 30 days to return, give a description of the reason for the return. Did all of the above at least 7 times with the same message as a response and also the reminder that you have 30 days to return item from delivery date. They use up the 30 days with excuses and no address or instructions to return. Next stop will be US Customs and Consumer affairs. Do not do business with this company!

I purchased a $28.94 shirt in Sept. The shirt material quality was very thin and not true to size. I reached out to get a return label a week later in order to process my return. I received an email from Sophia stating their return dept moved from the US to China and shipping costs would be high, which they did not cover. They gave me an option of a gift card or a 20% refund. NOT 20% off the shirt, but 20% of the shirt (minus shipping). So they wanted to give me only $3.99 instead of $19.99. I told them I understood they would not pay for return shipping, but I was not going to accept $3.99. I received multiple emails asking me why I was returning the shirt, which I replied with the same answer. Finally, I insisted on the return address in China, so I could pay the return shipping costs. Now, I received an email that they could not return my shirt since it's past the return policy date. I'm sure it is past the return date, because their customer service agent Sophia kept fu%8ing around with repetitive emails. She never did give me the return address. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company goes by many names (inc Shirts For Style) but the bottom line - the products are cheaply made, poor materials, incorrect sizing, poor design, terrible manufacturing…the worst customer service…no return policy, no refunds, nothing!
My advise, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered three shirts in large. They were ridiculously small very tight and I am not that big. I've emailed three times not an answer just continuing advertisements. I don't trust this company.

1 star only because they don't allow NO star. one order they sent mea shirt that was Nothing like the shirt I ordered - charged 42USD for a cheap ugly shirt replacement. the next order ( I dd nt know ye they are scammers) they sent a full polyester shirt that was advertised as rayon. this company is a SCAM !!

Shirts are garbage. They refuse to provide return address. The company is a scam. Do not order anything from this company or the other scamming web sites they control. Comfy shirts, Comfy shorts, anything comfy. Actual company is AN ASSociates

Ordered 2 xxl shirts after seeing ad on tiktok. They like child size like adult small but tag says XXL. Emailed them multiple time no response. Trying to return. Looks like im screwed. These are from China so should have know they are scammers. Be aware.

Ordered two shirts from this company. Ordered XL which I normally wear and couldn’t even get them on. Unfortunately I did not read these reviews ahead of time because my experience is consistent with all of these comments, Absolutely terrible customer service and no response from support. Do not buy from this company unless you like throwing your money away.

If I could give a minus star I would.Absolutely atrocious customer service and response . Emailed canceling my order 30 mins from doing so. They don’t respond until a week later saying ‘ oh it already shipped’ . Scam company , will be contacting my credit card company to cancel from this terrible company.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Ordered a month ago. I have still received nothing. I got the immediate shipping confirmation and then the flurry of emails others have commented about trying to get me to buy more. Just like the others my attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. Can only assume now that if the shirts do show up they will be ill-fitting and of poor quality. Believe the reviews… do not buy from this company.

Ordered shirts on 06/12/2023 for my vacation on 07/11/2023. I never received an email or confirmation. I emailed the company to see when the items was going to be shipped because the shipping policy stated 48 hours processing and 7-10 business days shipping. That's the only reason I ordered them. Never received a reply they finally shipped the shirts on 6/27/2023. I had to purchased another shirt from somewhere else. I went on vacation and 1 of the 2 shirts finally arrived I ordered a 4xl in men and it looks like a Medium. No one will answer emails as this is the only way to communicate with them. Please do not purchase any shirts from this website you will only be wasting your money.

The shirts are not as represented in fabric, style or size. Repeated requests for return and refund per their policy have been ignored. Copies to Shirtsinstyle have also been sent and ignored. Read other's reviews before

The shirt tag says 'L' but for Americans it really is an 'M' at best.

I ordered it so long ago that I had completely forgotten about it.

It's also not at all what I expected as far as color is concerned and returning it for a refund would be futile.

I order 2 mens XL shirts and they are like a child's Large. I emailed them numerous times and got no response. Absolute waste of money. What a scam. Please don't waste your money on this garbage. Very disappointed that they steal your money.

I placed two orders and they took over a month to arrive. Both orders were incorrect. I've emailed them 6 times with no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Same issue as others described, the 2 XL is more like a child 2XL, poor customer service. They definitely don't understand customer service! At least 1 out of the 3 shirts fit, making it a more expensive shirt than it's worth. It also took nearly 2 months to ship.

The rating would have been zero if I could still write this review. This company takes your order and your money. They thank you and tell you your order is ready. Then nothing. I have sent 4 e-mails requesting info including the order number. No further info. This company is terrible. Please do not purchase from this sham company.

All the other negative reviews are true. Somehow I Did not see all the other reviews before ordering.

This company is a straight up scam.

Ordered cotton shirts received polyester which I cannot wear.

Ordered shirts in my size. The sizes that arrived were much smaller than promised. Cannot wear them.

They ignore all requests for refunds or returns no matter how many times you contact them through their website or they’re supposed “customer service“ email.

I’d have given zero stars, but that is not an option

Don't buy from this company. Not only does arrival take a long time but the shirt I ordered my husband looked like a childs sized shirt. I asked for a return label 3 times and never received it. They are scum. I donated the shirt.
