Estafadores a mas no poder. No consigo que me devuelvan el dinero de una operación cancelada (La cual tengo un ticket que el mismo cajero me dio donde pone que para devolverme el dinero tengo que ponerme en contacto con su soporte técnico) ni por telegram, ni por telefono ni por email.

Por telefono me atendio una chica con muy malas formas, por telegram se repiten como un robot y por correo mas de lo mismo.

Me equivoqué de red al hacer el retiro de criptomonedas y me consiguieron mis criptomonedas..... Eso sí tuve q tener paciencia ya que es un trabajo muy delicado y difícil. Muy buena comunicación por Telegram y un soporte técnico fantástico.

Procedo a introducir 100€ en la máquina y a la hora de escanear el QR de mi billetera, el cajero da un error. No hay forma de revertir ya la operación una vez el dinero está introducido. Contacto con el teléfono de atención y me dicen que no me preocupe que contacte por email o Telegram y que diciendo la hora y el cajero, lo revisan y proceden a enviarme las criptomonedas. Escribo, me responden instantáneamente por email preguntando en qué moneda quiero el dinero, les respondo y ya sin respuesta. Al día siguiente (hoy) al contactar por Telegram, tras más de 1 hora de espera me dicen que tienen por ley hasta 30 día para resolver una incidencia pero seguramente la resolverán en 48 horas. Me parece lamentable que tras un error de la máquina tenga que estar perdiendo mi tiempo para que me den lo que me corresponde... Cuando lo solucionen (que espero que lo hagan) editaré mi comentario, porque si no es directamente un robo...

PD: Después de hablar numerosas veces durante el fin de semana, me dice una chica que estas operaciones las revisan durante la semana y que el fin de semana solo tratan urgencias. Hoy lunes me contactan por email y automáticamente realizan el envío de las criptomonedas a mi billetera. Actualizo mi nota de 1 a 3 estrellas.

Desde el primer momento atención al cliente vía Telegram me indico que podía ingresar 999€ sin KYC, llego al cajero y este solo tiene la opción de introducir billetes, introduzco 1000€ esperando que me preguntase que cantidad quiero comprar y directamente me solicita escanear, como no estoy conforme, cancelo y me sale un resguardo para que contacte con soporte, he perdido 50€ por la información errónea de un/a operador y no hay forma de que me los devuelvan, incluso mostrándole por escrito (chat) el error del operador.Ya esta denunciado y espero que los futuros clientes de esta Cía lean los comentarios mayormente negativos de esta empresa y busquen otra alternativa, a mí desde luego me han quitado las ganas de experimentar con las cripto, lastima no haber leído estos comentarios antes de proceder al intento de compra

Son de lo peor. Haces el ingreso y nunca llega a tu billetera. Haces la reclamación y todo son pegas. No lo recuperas. En los tickets de resguardo no ponen el número TX por lo que impiden a los usuarios saber sobre su transacción. Los he denunciado a la policía a la sección de ciberseguridad y al central bank of digital currencies que los ha denunciado también. No puedo cambiar de opinión cuando les estoy reclamando la devolución del dinero y me tienen a la espera con la escusa de que están a la espera de que les lleguen los códigos que tampoco se a cuales se refieren.

Debe teclear cada codigo en la opcion" comprobar ingreso anterior de criptomoneda" de la pantalla del cajero, con el fin de realizar la respectiva devolucion.

Una vez retirados los fondos haga usted favor de no volver a realizar inversiones mediante cajeros de shitcoins. Está es su respuesta

Support team of shitcoins.club (they are part of bitomat) has been reading my messages and not replying since yesterdays morning. Martin (CEO, marketing manager, support manager, he didn’t introduce himself to me so not sure who is he) has been ignoring my messages since August 14 (he has been online, and he was responding to my other account).

My story:
I have won a voucher in an instagram competition/giveaway. Everything was going good, I started to like them and then it all started. I couldn’t redeem the voucher due to ATM Issue (apparently there wasn’t 20€ bills in the ATM), I said OK and messaged Martin for solution. He told me to visit 2 other ATM’s in the town (as they have the 20€ bills in them).
I spent over an hour there just to know that the voucher code can’t be redeemed here, because of an error. I messaged Martin, but he started to ignore me; so I contacted support team. I told them about the issue, and that Martin keeps ignoring my messages. They told me that they apologise and that they see the ATM has 1x 20€ bill which was enough to get my voucher redeemed (as the value was 20€), but due to some technical difficulties I cannot redeem the voucher code. Then they told me they will contact Martin, and they will get solution. I then asked them ”how’s it possible that ATM with 30.000€ inside doesn’t have a single 20€ bill, to make my withdrawal” and yet to this today I haven’t got any answer. I asked them “if it’s possible to cashout the voucher to crypto as it will be easier” ( as they fail to give me cash ), and they keep ghosting me now.

I wouldn’t recommend them as their Support Team is not serious and Martin keeps ignoring customers.

Do not withdraw or buy crypto at the ATM’s unless you want to risk that when problem occurs you won’t have any way to fix it with Support.

EDIT: I provided the email address to shitcoins.club team and they sent me message if I want my code, and since my reply they never got back to me.

Se han quedado con un ingreso y no les da la gana devolverlo, lo he reclamado vía mail y solo marean la perdiz, te tratan como a un imbécil, ponen excusas y más excusas y no devuelven el importe.

Voy a avisar en todas las redes sociales, chats y foros que pueda para que a nadie se le ocurra operar con esta gentuza. Avisados estáis !

Le metí 200€ de más sin darme cuenta de que me estaba pidiendo el KYC. Solicito cancelar la operación y en vez de devolverme el dinero, se lo queda el cajero. Hago la correspondiente reclamación a soporte para que me devuelva el dinero y me dicen ni corto ni perezoso que entregue mi DNI sin haber superado el limite. Me niegan la devolución.

Ho acquistato criptovalute presso un ATM, devo dire il locale è molto bello, anche la macchina a forma di B di Bitcoin è fichissima. Il funzionamento è abbastanza intuitivo, ed il processo è discretamente veloce. Credo solo di essere stato sfortunato, in quanto lo scontrino che l'ATM ha stampato riporta importi sbagliati, rispetto a quello che è scritto sulla blockchain.. credo si sia trattato di un errore sul calcolo delle commissioni di rete. Ad ogni modo, le tre stelle che mancano non sono dovute a questo incidente, quanto più al fatto che a mesi di distanza, nonostante segnalazioni e solleciti su diversi canali (Telegram, Whatsapp, E-mail e chiamate), ancora non sono stato contattato per la risoluzione di questa anomalia!

No me ha dado toda la cantidad a la direccion y el soporte tecnico dice que no es la culpa del cajero.

Queriamos sacar dinero de un cajero y por ser superior a 1000 tuvimos que escanear DNI. Dio error y nos dijeron que teniamos que escanear una cuenta para la devolucion. La escaneamos y han enviado el dinero a otra cuenta, no la que escaneamos. No sabemos de quien es la cuenta pero nuestra no es. Atencion al cliente dice que nosotros escaneamos esta cuenta pero no es asi. No nos ayudan ni solucionan el problema . DInero perdido. O lo han hecho ellos o esta hackeado el cajero.. Pero no ponen solucion.
