работает, но с глюками
Удалось снять деньги спустя полторы недели, так как банкоматы часто глючат. Связь с техподдержкой только через почту, где отвечают раз в сутки. Моя транзакция для снятия денег видимо заглючила, на сайте писало что я могу снять но при попытке снять либо вернуть назад на баланс писалось что заявка не подверждена. По моим наблюдениям банкоматы оперативно пополняют новой наличкой.

machine error
I put 2000 euro in the machine, my wallet addresses aren't recognized because of the machine, I can't get my money back from the atm and now they say they have to check the machine in the hope I get my money back, I hope this gets resolved ASAP
EDIT: because of the weekend it took a little longer than normal, but on Monday (it happend Saturday afternoon) I got my Litecoin soon after a third party checked the ATM machine. Customer service is a bit harsh if you are in a country and you don't talk the language very good. But they handled it very professionally.
From the 10+ times I used the machine this error only happend once, tip scan or type in your wallet adres before putting money in the machine

This is a review for the Romanian side of things, The system is easy to use in and intuitive but if you have a problem you have to expect: nobody will answer to your emails I have sent five !
And when you call, the person that answer the call is very bad at handling any issue and his attitude is like the name shitcoin.
I will never use and never recommend shitcoins.club

I would also like to take this chance to say that we have improved our Customer Service recently and currently the discount for buying or selling in most countries is 0% fee. The discount always applies to either buying or selling - not both.
Now you can also contact Support on Telegram, which should make things easier. Our new employees at Romanian support are doing amazing job now.

not anonymous, not sure, not recommendable. for 90 euros bitcoin to paper wallet. I didn't receive the BTC on the paper wallet.
After contacting , they told:
Your transaction was blocked due to AML. Could you please send us your picture holding your ID? We will release your transaction once picture is received.
