Free DHL express and amazing product quality

I found it difficult to get my pair of monitors registered.There was no mention of burn-in time before fully using the set.

On The Plus Side: The purchase of my Adam Audio D3V Monitors was a smooth process. They shipped more quickly than anticipated. They were beautifully packaged. The monitors themselves are well manufactured and aesthetically pleasing. I chose the off-white color. The included 'Quick Set-up" guide covers this process adequately.

On The Negative Side: This has more to do with my situation, which was connecting the monitors via USB connections to my somewhat dated 2017 iMac 27" Desktop computer which uses the older USB Type-A connections. It wasn't obvious (to me) that the USB 'Adapter" was already attached to the provided USB cable – so I fumbled with that. I also missed the important clue that you need to double-push the volume control on the left monitor to actuate the USB connection. Feedback and help from the folks at Adam Audio took at least one day. I'm located in California.

Bottom Line: I had a pro recording engineer give my set-up a look and listen and he was impressed with the sound and quality. I feel that I'm still missing some bottom end that I had with the Altec Lansing set-up I replaced with the D3Vs. That set-up included a subwoofer. All things considered, I would readily recommend the DV3s.

Easy shipping, great speaker

Order process was great. I even had a support question prior to my purchase. It was answered promptly with the exact information I was looking for after I purchased, even though I hadn't had an account yet the order was not tracked once I did create an account, but however, the tech is up-to-date as a option to add a wallet package tracker in my iPhone was automatically populated so I was able to watch my package hit my way received and installed sounds great!

I love my Adam Audio D3V active monitors! They sound phenomenal and are perfect for my small home studio. I like the options of balanced 1/4” inputs with my UA Apollo Arrow as well as USB-C audio with my iPad Pro. Bravo, Adam Audio!

I bought the refurbished Adam A8X Speakers from the Adam US website. Still burning them in and testing them against my other Adam A77H Speakers. So far they sound pretty good to my ears.

Love the speakers, really high quality good for a small home studio setup ! but I was sent a usb-c to USB 2.0 cable. I thought it would be usb-c to usb-c as I seen everyone else online with that option so that was a bit inconvenient
