I preordered an article that was only shipped to me after I sent a support ticket weeks after release. When I requested a return it took a week to get the return label and it has now been more than a week since my return arrived and I haven't heard anything back.
Wouldn't recommend buying directly from ADAM.
Edit: Downgraded to 1* after they still haven't gotten back to me after almost 2 weeks.

I ordered the latest D3V speakers, not really knowing when they would ship (they were out of stock!), but was pleasantly surprised to be delivered in only 7 days.
About the quality of the speakers themselves: they look very robust, are quite heavy and are very easy to install with the supplied stands.
About the sound quality, that's the best part, they really sound incredible. Very clear and detailed sound - it's really my best purchase in a long time.

Great speakers…love all of it! I’m listening to fast and hard music and I’m happy that the reaction speed is so great. I would love the option to change the setting of the sleep mode, like many others, but this is just on point that doesn’t effect my rate ;)

I had a few questions and the help desk helped me with precise answers and politeness. Then I bought the brand new desktop speakers D3V to use with a computer connected with the provided usb-c cable. The sound they produce is rich, well balanced and I can easily hear the different instruments in the musical scene. For such a tiny footprint on my desk, these speakers are delivering much more than expected without being brutal in the bass or irritating in the trebles. The voices are crystal clear. I’m not an expert but I love good and clear sound and with the D3V I’m 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.

Already known for high quality products, Adam Audio certainly didn't disappoint with the new desktop speaker D3V. The range, the sound, clarity... everything you would expect from an Adam Audio speaker is there. Features and form factor round it up. I'm sure these speakers will find their way into many homes studios and make their users happy. I almost forgot, they don't break the bank...

Mixed feelings with my D3V purchase.
First of all great job to Adam Audio for shipping the speakers in such a fast time. I placed my order on 11.11.2024 and it arrived to my place in Poland just few days later on 15.11.2024.
Unfortunately the speakers I got came with a faulty power brick. I contacted Adam Audio support right away and the experience was rather bad. Shame you can't call them. I had to fill out a form on their website (which I did on 16.11.2024) and wait for a response (which I got on 21.11.2024). In their reply they apologized for a delay and said that they are "looking into details about the part since it is such a new product, and will get back to me as soon as they have an update and a solution for me". At a time of writing this review (Tuesday evening 26.11.2024) I still haven't gotten any additional raply from Adam Audio.
For me it is a case of simply sending a working power brick, but Adam Audio decided to handle this in a different way which is a little confusing to me.
On top of that I cannot access my Adam Audio account which I created while placing my D3V order on Adam Audio shop website. This may be my fault, but Adam Audio support wasn't helpful in this topic either.
In the future i would definitely recommend improving your support departament.
I just want to start using my new speakers, man.

I preordered a D3V desktop monitor, it sounds beaufitful, absolute studio quality in a quite small device.
On the other hand, I had a minor inconvinience after ordering, I did not get automatically an invoice, but the staff responded almost immediately to my email.

Amazing audio brand with some of the greatest monitors out there.

The light went out on my original Sub 7 after about 10 years continuous use. I never turn anything off, saves on heating! it was not the main fuse so more cost effective to get something new.
Happy to find them still being sold.

I returned the product without problems and received the money back.

It was hard to find the serial number, which you need to register online - it was on the ‘outer’ throwaway box! Apart from that, very satisfied and they sound really great! The QR code on the box took me to a 404 page too - Product marvellous but web account activation and DAW plugin Download experience was poor…

A ver, el review es en general sobre Adam Audio pero en particular sobre el operario Kevin Ramseyer quien me solucionó mis problemas una y otra vez de forma exquisita y en una brevedad digna de mención

Quick response, and clear and transparent purchase process.

The Aadam speakers are great, excellent sound.
The only downside is that shipping is a bit slow.
