Good products, good support. Feeling safer now.
Shopped the website and it was pretty straight forward. I did mis-interpret the description of one component (the bed-shaker needs a receiver of its own). So I placed a follow-up order for that receiver.
On that second order, I got a note from Bellman to say the receiver wouldn't work on its own....
That was good service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Once I had all the parts, it was easy to put everything into place. The guidance on where to place the smoke detector was really valuable. My old smoke detector was in a bad location and has been annoying me with false alarms for 30 years.
All good now. My family is as relieved (maybe more) as I am that I now have a good system for a hard of hearing person.
Also, both orders were processed and shipped promptly. The packaging was as efficient as could be without a lot of filler to go in the recycle bin (or landfill). I appreciate that!

App is confusing
App is confusing. Wish there a way to turn off other than pull yarn as I have it between mattress. Also if I have it on notifications it notify always. But I only got it for phone calls and did work once but must have to reset it after each calls?

Responsive but odd shipping
My package was sent to Canada when I’m in the USA for some reason and ended up being almost 2 weeks overdue because of customs. Kudos to the company for refunding my express shipping fee when asked. Very responsive service!

I can't believe how good the Domino Pro…
I can't believe how good the Domino Pro is. Easy to use and LOUD. For Example: I put the transmitter next to the TV and I can have the TV almost quiet but I can hear it loud and clear.
The documentation isn't clear to me though. I would've preffered if they had a simple one page that said:
Transmitter, Omnidirectional - press RF - led green
Transmitter, Directional - press RF again - led orange
Receiver, Omnidirectional - press MIC - led green
Receiver, Directional - press MIC again - led orange
That said, I got plenty of help from "Jonathan" using the CHAT help to place my order, request overnight delivery, fix a mistake in my order and help me navigate the many functions of the device.
Bellman handled my questions and issues cleanly, completely, quickly, without hassle and for FREE.
These days with products becoming so complex, you need to rely on customer support. Bellman stands out as excellent, not only in their product (at least the Domino Pro I purchased) but also in their support.

We were disappointed with the loop unit we purchased with the assistive listening device. It is not compatible with the hearing aid of our employee. It would be great to get a refund on that and have the opportunity to get something that will work for our new employee.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that the loop and the hearing aid weren’t compatible. Our Loop uses Telecoil technology, which is a universal standard that works with hearing aids equipped with a telecoil (‘T-coil’) function. However, not all hearing aids support this standard, and in some cases the telecoil function is present but has not been activated by the audiologist. (Telecoils are small internal coils built into hearing aids that pick up magnetic signals from loop systems, improving clarity in noisy environments.)
My recommendation is that your employee verify with their audiologist whether the hearing aid has an inactive telecoil. If so, please ask the audiologist to activate (turn on) the telecoil function, and our Loop should work with the hearing aid.
If the hearing aid doesn’t have this functionality, I have just spoken with our logistics management, and they will allow you to return the product — even if 30 days have passed.
