Preordered a game to be delivered on Friday and it didn’t turn up so i emailed the support page to find out where it was and got no replies from them until I sent another email asking for a refund. At this point it had been a week since I should of had the game and they said that they would start looking into it and get back to me. I am now still waiting 4 days later with no replies, no game and no refund so I can’t even buy it from someone else.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a game from them. Item has been misdelivered somewhere else by evri, photo provided I don’t recognise any neighbours door. Emailed both gamebyte And evri, no reply from gamebyte and evri reply seems to think I’ve got my game

Still haven’t had my order was a preorder Xbox game and now it’s out I could buy it anyway and no reply or incline as to where it is or why I haven’t got it only a reply email telling me not to pester you like I’m in the ducking wrong just send my money back please order number is 19345.

Great price and arrived faster than expected

2 weeks later and I still haven’t received my order which I paid over £60 for. Not the first time this has happened either. Customer service is very poor taking over a week to reply to one email, and items sent with no tracking. They used to be great but unfortunately I won’t be ordering from GameByte again.

The game came early and works which is good because I was a bit worried that is would be a scam
