There is no customer service! They are so rude to people who are clearly spending a lot of money will never purchase from these ignorant people again do not waste your time or money on them

The product was perfect. Great quality, and would definitely buy this if you are a fan of BFDI. In the past, I have ordered 3 plushies. Tennis Ball, Evil Leafy, and Firey Jr. They all came in perfect condition. I have recently ordered 3 more plushies, they haven’t arrived yet, but I’m sure they are going to be in great condition, as usual. I would 100% recommend this if you are a fan of the series.

Love the plushies

I bought a tennis ball plush, it costed ALMOST A HUNDRED DOLLARS (78$), But i never received the plush (i ordered it january 2025 and now its january 2026), the customer service is NONEXISTENT, i tried getting a refund to no avail, i never received my money back, please do not order from this shop, at least if youre on a lesser country because it's a scam. Wouldn't recommend.

I got a death pact pin cause its my fav team in the show and BOOM in 5 to 4 days it came!! i thought it would come in 12 to 16 days coolio!!!! also the design is amazing the only thing i did not like is marker was chipped on his cap ): BUT STILL it was great! i don't know why my sweet cary and Michaels store has so many bad reviews my service was amazing! 5 stars.

Please don’t order from this company — I believe it’s a scam. My order was never delivered, and I’ve requested a refund multiple times, but I still haven’t received my money back. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution. I would not recommend buying from them.

I bought a plush as a christmas present, and it proceeded to get stuck due to weather 24 minutes from my house for 2 weeks, after already having to wait a week. Once it was finally on its way again, they then “made an attempt to deliver the package” and lost it. So I then had to email them, and wait a day, then, I finally was able to get them to send a second letter product to my house, only to be emailed a day later that now because the product is so sold out they cannot send me a new one and I have to now wait another 3 days for my refund. Even if a product from this website is the only thing someone you’re gifting for wants, do NOT use this website ever. I

I’m sure that when my daughter’s package arrives, she will like it. I on the other hand, will not be purchasing from them again due to their customer service or lack there of. I agree with those who had similar experiences to mine, no customer service. In fact, I was only met with rudeness and condescending replies. It’s interesting that they only provide email as their mode of communication and I’m sure this is not a coincidence because they would have MANY complaints over the phone.

It’s unfortunate that my questions regarding about my shipment, that was redirected from UPS, was treated as my issue and not theirs, and an opportunity to shame me and teach me a lesson about ordering late. Instead of meeting me with clarification and empathy.
Now I truly see why email is their only form of contact, because it’s easier to hide behind a keyboard.

I hope those purchasing from this company in the future have a better experience and I hope you don’t have issues that prompt you to reach out for help.

I gotten some of their products intended for Christmas and they got to our house quicker than we expected! It was kinda slow, sure. But still, it's decently fast! That's why I am giving you 4 stars. Good on ya, Jacknjellify LLC! I forgot when they were ordered, that's why it said November the 14th.

Went onto site to purchase gifts for christmas. AS found items a spinner came up and said spin to see what discount you may get! I did! It came up as 50% off. I asked for email address and I've never received anything so I could use it. When trying to contact them and complained about where's the discount, it's reply was how to make payments.When you can't communicate with a company, God help you if you order is wrong or never comes! A SCAM!!

Ive never had any issues with the numerous orders I have done with them. As far as customer service goes, I think they are phenomenal because the two different times I wrote to them (it was regarding the movie theater shirt order inquiry and to remove an item from an order I accidentally placed), they responded immediately and helped answer my question and rectified my mistake. They are solid in my book

We have ordered from Jacknjellify three times, and each experience has been positive. There was a small delay with our second order, but customer service resolved it quickly. Our most recent [and largest] order arrived in less than a week. My son has ASD and loves their plushies, which have become his new favorites. Since he is very particular about what he likes, that speaks volumes about the quality of these toys (they are very well made). He gives them a thumbs up, his way of saying 10 out of 10.

Apparently they were waiting for payment between 7/15/25 and 8/5/25, when they returned it.
If we get it back, we'll refund the items but not the shipping cost.
In fact, in cases where customers do not pay customs, we do not issue any refund at all.
