Fault on shirt
Shirt arrived with a slight pen mark on. I contacted them straight away and was reimbursed the cost of the shirt and was happy to keep it.

Poor service
My order was confirmed payment taken ten after I enquired about my delivery I was told that the order didn’t sync with the system and I would receive a refund.

Never again
Ordered the Lewis Miami cap, arrived damaged. Returned it. Was forced to pay £4 return delivery. I was then told I would only be refunded the price of the cap, not original shipping or return shipping. Then they refunded original shipping after complaining. Now refusing to give my £4 return fee back. They’re saying it’s not damaged. It’s ridiculous how obviously torn the top layer of the cap was. I’ve bought 14 caps from them over the years. So glad Lewis is leaving - clearly they’re aware they’re about to lose a bunch of sales and now grasping at customer’s £4 during a cost of living crisis. Ombudsmen been contacted. This isn’t over.
Update: They’ve replied saying they’ve emailed me but I’ve received no such email. Not in junk or anything. If I do receive it I’ll update here but seems like they’re trying to save face in front of other readers of my review. i hope I’m wrong because thats pretty sinister
