I had pretty good experience with them even delivery for sone reason was a bit late , we had a couple emails too chat little bit .
Food was nice like I bought meat like burgher , marinade rump kebab , lamb kofta not bad was seasoned with mint I guess, pretty pale but good .
Then I had few fruit , grape good , red plum good , strawberry nice sweet and juicy, I had a couple of issues not very good but I guess could happen I want to be positive this time . Pretty sure I will buy again from them , they have a lot a lot good not only fruit and veggies like I thought beginning.

Do not use the company! Ive always had a problem with this company and their delivery. Ive always tried to be helpful and be understanding but when you constantly have your orders go wrong and then don't deliver your goods then something is clearly wrong. Im now at the point of reporting this company to trading standards. They can not deliver what they are saying, im constantly having to chase up my orders and ontop of it, customer service is poor! Always an excuse, saying its out of their hand. No.... Its clearly a poorly run company and you want people to support you.... Good luck! You have been warned.

Fresh, rarely seen products that taste great. The mushrooms and tomatoes are especially fantastic – full of flavour and high quality. A real find for anyone looking for unique and delicious produce!

In the first instance, the wrong product was delivered (tomatillos instead of tamarillos - and despite the names sounding the same, the are terribly different). The tamarillos I were expecting were needed for a special occasion and when I notified Watts Farm on the day of the delivery, they promised to kindly see if they could redeliver the correct item on the following day. They advised later that day that they would re-deliver the correct produce before 11am the following morning, however the driver apparently failed to load them and so I was advised on that the morning of the re-delivery, that the product was not going to arrive before we departed on holiday. The refund was processed quickly, however the consecutive errors mean I will probably avoid using the service again.

The produce is always good from Watts Farm and the young delivery man was extremely pleasant and waited patiently whilst I moved my order from the crates into bags. I would have no hesitation in recommending Watts Farm.

Always deliver on time and quality produce

Lovely fresh produce fruit and vegetables. Also able to buy in bulk which was what I needed. Stock a lot of unusual items which I was unable to obtain in the larger stores. All really high quality too. Really pleased.
