Pleasure to deal with, quick, efficient & good value. Got my evoque steering rack reconditioned fron these. Works a treat, communication from them via email was good too.

Was good service and the rack looks good condition

Bought a steering rack for s max , easy to find on store page very very good price , delivery was quick, very easy to order and pay , did try ringing them with an enquiry but no answer not sure if they rang back as was under car taking old rack out

Easy ordering process and delivery as stated, well done.

Getting a reconditioned original part, was my preferred option for quality, sending the old unit back to be reconditioned is great for the environment and getting the whole thing turned around inside a week was perfect, all in all a great service!

prompt service, polite staff when item was collected

Quick efficient service and delivery and return process was spot on.

Friendly and helpful staff to deal, I'm delighted with the quality & presentation of power steering rack, would definitely recommend W.P.S.

there was a misunderstanding on when i would receive the part. other than that excellent.

The part arrived as stated very well packaged, all of which is reused to return the old item. Excellent. Just got to pack the old one up and send it back.
Great service. Hopefully no more steering problems for a good long while.

Good product, excellent company to deal with..Power steering pump works fine ..Thanks

A excellent company to deal with, very efficient and Lisa was very courteous and even helped me with the online ordering process.
I would recommend this compay.

I was told if I paid the extra money I would receive my steering rack within 4-5 days. I paid the £400 extra. 13 days later still not received. The word sorry doesn’t even make any difference. It eventually arrived. DPD is their courier 🤦🏻😕🙄

Great company! Website was easy to navigate but I had options on exact part fitment so was uncertain on what to order, so I gave the team a call and they were fantastic in assisting me with this. A well packaged part arrived to my home within 2 days of ordering which was awesome. Would recommend.

Prompt, on-time delivery and easy to arrange collection afterwards. Reconditioning looks to have been done really well, and 2 year warranty is a bonus
