We had to pay absurd import duties on the small booklet. That was not indicated beforehand and made the product drastically more expensive. Any online merchant can do that better.

Hello, please note that before you can proceed with checking out on our website, the following notice appears regarding import duties and customs charges: "International Shipping Charges: Please be aware that your local carrier might levy additional fees in accordance with your country's legislation and customs. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control as sellers. We do however have distributors worldwide that you can buy from locally, please click here to view our full list of authorised sellers." which provides a link to our list of distributors: https://shop.witherbys.com/our-stockists/ - we hope there is one listed there that means you can avoid import charges on any future orders. Thanks

Circumnavigation & Ocean Passagemaking
We were lucky enough to vista Astra when it was berthed in Barra. Iain was a great host that day and gave us an interesting insight into the voyage. The book, kindly provided by Witherbys, was a great read. What a fantastic achievement by Iain and the rest of his crew.
