This is absolutely the worst customer service once an order is received. The adverts are extremely misleading and you are basically trapped by Yooje into their return policy. This Company is not worthy of any stars.

Terrible service lost money due to goods not being returned and forced to give 5 star rating to trust pilot couldnt lie they dont deserve any rating at all so no reimbursement or goods

Ordered a celestial orbit desk accessory which was advertised on an MSN page showing a skilled craftsman and engineered mechanism form the Jewllry Quarter in Birmingam which was hand made from brass metal. It was promted as an offer 50% off with a price of £35.97 which included return insurance. The product arrived afer 11 days and was mainly cheap plastic. Contacting Yooje they offered £30 voucher and initially £3 refund. Voucher is toatlly useless as I would NEVER use this Company again or recommend it to anyone. AVOID ORDERING FROM YOOJE.

I feel that i have fallen for an online scam which promised a lot but did not deliver. The goods feel cheap and don't work anywhere nearly as well as shown in the video.

I bought 2 fans from this company and I want to return them for a refund. The email doesn't work I can't find anyone to help me. I am very unhappy about this. The fans are very poor quality.

Oh how I wish I checked here first. I would never recommend using this company, not even to my worst enemy. I purchased a crafting ruler, for it to be received in a broken condition. Raised dispute with company who refused to give me refund. Raised with PayPal and because of this yooje said that if I cancelled the dispute with PayPal they would agree to send a replacement free of charge… that was after 40 emails back and forth.
New ruler arrived, broken in 3 places this time. The whole saga begins again. They have said that I can return it (at cost to me - to china) but has to be in re sellable condition and if the inspection shows it to be resellable they will give me refund … how on earth will that ever happen when it’s broken and can’t be used. £35.98 down the drain. Then said that my expectation of quality can be different from other’s expectations… really! Has anyone ever got their money back from this company. It’s shocking they are allowed to do this

The company where very polite and helpful I place incorrect order simple email explaining go back next working day arranged to change my order and issue refund very helpful

THIS COMPANY TRADES AS MANY COMPANIES AND IS A SCAM. I BOUGHT BEE FLOWERS FROM ZANORY WHICH THEN SENT ME EMAILS AS YOOJE. IT IS A FRAUD. THE PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION ON THE WEBSITE ARE FRAUDULENT BECAUSE WHAT YOU RECEIVE IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT SIZE, SHAPE AND QUALITY. I SPENT £100 AND WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY WOULD ONLY OFFER £8 REFUND. COULD NOT GIVE AS PRESENTS BECAUSE SUCH POOR QUALITY. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I had checked this company on TP before purchasing. I brought a couple of comfort no wire bras that fitted like 2 fidigity budgies. I only tried one on and did not open the other up. So they tell me I cant have a refund. Total cost to me: £50.97. There is a return insurance on there that I only noticed now I am reviewing the cost, I did not take it out.
This is their reply' we can apply for a partial refund of ￡3 and a voucher code of ￡30 to compensate for your dissatisfaction. If you still insist on returning an item, we will do our best to provide you with return service'.
This is the exact reason why I hardly ever buy on the internet. I am out of pocket by £50 and the product is crap. Buyer beware.

I ordered 3 titanium chopping boards. They never arrived.
I got in touch with the company and they told me they had been delivered and showed me a photo. It was not my door or the inside of my house. I offered to send a photo of my door but they said no. They passed it on to customer care. I placed the order on the 6th March. It's been going back and forth then. They have now stopped answering my emails and I'm really not sure what to do next. The boards were over £100. I don't feel I want to let this go but what can I do!!!

Scam company! Stay clear! They advertise with a ".uk" website, and ".uk" email address, but actually are based in China. I fell for one of their adverts / infommercial on F/B for insoles and bought a pair, costing £18.99. I wanted to return them, and as per their terms knew the expense was down to me - but there was no disclosure that the return had to be to China, and that postage was.... £18!! This is illegal, and they have not disclosed the material term that returns must be posted to China! I was at first offered £2 refund and to keep the product, and eventually the amount increased to £6. Disgusting and disengenuous. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Stay Very Clear!

Would be zero if I could. Just take my advice, don't buy this rubbish and if you don't like what you get then it is hell to return and you have to send it to China at your expense which is extensive. I have given up trying to get them to adhere to statutory rights some I'm just going to take the hit and try and ensure noone gets screwed by them by leaving regular revues. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a pillow on 24th November 2025 - they said it was delivered on 8th Dec 2025. Was given wrong tracking number so royal post could not find it was then given a new tracking number and found that royal mail delivered to wrong address. However after 32 emails in total some asking me to write a good review before they would send out a replacment which I would not do they have now said that I need to take responsibility to get the pillow and send it back. I cannot send the pillow back as I never had it Post office said they are the sender and they need to raise the claim for a refund. Will never purchase anything from them again - wish I had read some of the reviews before purchase - still no pillow had to go to my bank for a refund. Emailtoday saying they are unable to send a replacement out until I cancel my dispute with the bank.

Pillows advertised as hotel quality and superbly comfortable. Absolutely rubbish. Arrived completely compressed into ting parcels after nearly three weeks. Cut the package open and they grews 20 times bigger but the most uncomfortable pillows imaginable. Had to throw mine on the floor after waking up with neck pains. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered the pillow which is advertised as supportive and helps neck pain. The pillow arrived two weeks later and is literally a cover stuffed with toy filling. It will not offer support for neck pain. The buyer has to pay £6.99 to return and the sellers postage costs are deducted from the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Yooje UK a so-called "UK" site which we selling anti-snoring pillows (which are NOT actually in the UK, but China/Hong Kong).

We ordered 4 pillows, which afterwards we found reviews saying that they are very poor quality, and from China, so we emailed them to cancel. Yooje customer service completely ignored our email and sent them anyway from China 5 days later (probably knowing that its hard to return them to China).

We received them a few weeks later, and the quality was awful! Rubbish pillows, not worth anything let alone the £100+ we paid! We emailed asking for a return and refund. They didn't want the return, and made excuses about them costing too much to return to China (despite having the "UK" website name).

Through repeated emails back and forth over many weeks, they offered rediculously small refunds and website vouchers, such as £7 refund and £20 voucher, for £100+ worth of pillows! This says what kind of company they are.

We argued with them (for many weeks) that due to the bad quality, and ignoring our cancellation, that by law they needed to pay for the return and full refund, but they wouldn't have it (claiming their website says otherwise, but that's not the law!). They eventually agreed a refund BUT only if we paid for the return to China - which would have been almost as much as the product cost! No thanks.

Eventually we were forced to do a Chargeback with our bank, which was successful. Full refund and no silly return cost. When they realised they were having to refund via the Chargeback, they panicked and started bombarding us with emails asking us to return the pillows quickly (at our cost) for a refund. Again, no thanks. Money now refunded and pillows to the charity shop.

They guys are scam artists, just see the other reviews here (I suspect any good reviews are not genuine). DO NOT BUY!

Ordered the yooje pillows. Finally arrived after no confirmation of order. Took nearly 4 weeks. They are so cheap. I dont have contact details to return if anyone has, please can you let me know?

These pillows are a scam, paid over £70 for two pillows which are filled with absolute shit. No chance of getting my money back back. All reviews on the site are false please please don’t waste your time or money on anything from this company.

BUYER BEWARE …..bought a ‘support’ pillow from this company. Advertised as having memory foam support but when it arrived it was very poor quality, stuffed with cheap loose fibres and had no memory foam at all. Seller advertises as UK company but are in China. If you wish to return item it’s an address in China & at your own expense. They start by offering you a very small partial refund and say that you can keep the item, the more you protest the more the refund increases. I felt strongly that I’d been mis-sold/falsely advertised so did charge back on credit card through bank and full refund received. I will certainly not be buying from them again.

My hat that i ordered from them was damaged in transit & i emailed them & they requested a photo.
After receiving the photo they are arranging a replacement to be sent & i don't have to return the item
They responded quickly & very politely
