SCAM!! I ordered in feb and STILL waiting for my order!
DISGUSTING!!

Definitely, this is a scam I did give them 5 stars because they are the champion of SCAMS.

My Granddaughter's School is using shoparoo so of course I upload my receipts and never get points I spend money to help her school and to be at 0 points for months I'm done with this shoparoo crap

They deny receipts saying they are not readable when they clearly are
Claim receipts are altered when ordering on line and you take the picture on your iPad this is not even possible
When you question them they never correct

When I get the best receipts, with good amount, such as trip, etc...it’s always a problem to accept my receipt! It’s either “blurry”, then I upload again, then “date is old”, which is NOT! Trying to put my trip receipt there and they keeping inventing problem where there’s not, taking their time until probably pass the time of 2 wks that they can not accept anymore!!!
Plus they don’t have a customer service phone number so u can call to complain.

It's been almost two weeks and still haven't posted my receipts. They tell my do qu qualify when other peoples do from the same store. Just bad

Shopparoo - I want my money back

I ordered the phone holder from Shoparoo - it's a good product but the 2 sided tape supplied with it just doesn't hold what it should. Will not stay stuck to either the car dash board or the phone. Spend a little more and buy a better product from an alternative company.

I'm actually looking for a negative to put in front of the 5 star rating. If you're looking for a positive rating for Shopparoo keep looking...this is isn't it. I'm certain it will be a matter of time before they go belly up. Hopefully the founder will get prison time and share a cell with big bubba. If you still insist on buying from them please consider donating your money to charity first or light it on fire for heat. You'll get way more bang for your buck that way. I could go on but then again you can see all of the one star ratings that explains it all.

Did not receive all items and correct amount and took over 6 weeks

It has been over four months since I first complained to Shopparoo to tell them that one of the two Magnetic Phone Holders that I purchased is faulty. The unit never worked because the 3M double sided tape would not stick to any surface. I repeat, it never stuck to any surface. I asked for a replacement.

After not hearing from them, and after repeated emails to them, they advised me that they cannot replace parts and that I would have to PURCHASE a new item!! Effectively I would have to buy another unit to replace the faulty one that they sent me!

Get real Shopparoo.....

Absolute thieves. Product hasn't arrived and it's been over 2 1/2 months. Crap automated email response. Tracking is bs. Never purchase from these swindlers.

BEWARE. Terrible. Do not buy under any circumstances. Shopparoo is a scam company. I bought the 360 PHRONE magnetic I phone holder. It didn't work. I tried several times to contact company to get reimbursed.

Be aware, this company is not trustworthy !
I ordered products, paid for it, but it never got delivered. I tried to contact shopparoo, but nobody will help or support you.

I bought the magnetic phone car holder around Christmas 2017, it was wasting of money. The part that should be sticking to the dashboard doesn't hold at all! Don't buy it , it is scam!

What do you call a business that does not send your order through and takes the money from your account,Thieves. It’s been two months and nothing nor do they answer your emails. I have read hundreds of bad reviews now on this company there should be a way to report them and take some sort of legal action. BUYER BE AWARE !!!!

I placed an order Nov 4th for Christmas and haven't got it yet. Same here, I've emailed and sent an automated response not to email again or I will be sent to the back... I should have read the reviews first. This is just wrong that these idiots get away with this crap.

Its a fake and fraud company. Item never arrived. No one responds to the query. They are only replying to the queries for product purchase.

Worst online experience ever. Still trying to get my money back as the articles never arrived. Hopefully pay pal will cover and ban them from selling online to poor trusting customers. STAY AWAY!
