Frustrating, Is anyone out there !!!!
I made a purchase and when I eventually received the goods they did not perform the task and I returned the goods for a full refund. Well if that ever happens it will be a miracle. They take your money pretty quickly but trying to get it back is whole other story " sucker"....
I can not get anyone to respond to my request for confirmation of receiving the good back and supplying a full refund, all they will say is my order has been dispatched. Yes I know that idiot, it's so frustrating and this is why I'm never shopping online again.......

They give a bogus tracking number and show the item was delivered.

Much like everyone else, I never received my order. I bought two things, got one and not the other. It's been 4 months and I have repeatedly asked for a refund and now the website isn't even active.

Order NEVER arrived!
Placed an order on July 8th, it's now Sept 18th and I still haven't received it. Contacted customer services after 5 weeks past, and they contacted me within 48hours to say they'd look into it, but I never heard back. Contacted them again a week ago saying that I want a full refund, and no one has been in touch with me!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Would not recommend that anyone uses this company.....ordered July 2nd still not received my order...its September. I've emailed for a refund twice with no reply on either occasion. This needs reporting to the authorities as there must be a scam going on. Never again.

I have order in April still never got what I have order. I have try call number on site. Keeps ringing.
When I email them seem I get same robot respond.
I feel they are scammers. And fake.
It was only 9.50 I paid. Thank god but this so wrong

Not recomendable
It took excactly two months before I received my purchase! When I tried to reply to the confirmation email (which is said I can), I get a failure notification - the email address doesn't exist.
