They do exactly what they advertise. I used their services over the last 2 months and am very happy.
I ordered a few phones and also did a travel request (to Japan). Everything went smoothly only downside is that they are not always the fastest when it comes to shipping. It usually takes between 3-5 days (I'm in Poland).
For me that is negligible since I value that I can pay in crypto and have privacy since they don't have any trackers.
Keep on going, will place my Christmas orders soon :)

OLD REVIEW: It is with disappointment that I share my experience with ShopInBit, following multiple inquiries in the last 46 days. While this shop has had a stellar reputation in the past, the current state of affairs is, frankly, abysmal. Two items (320€) have been missing from my order, and despite several inquiries since the purchase date, there has been no satisfactory resolution.

The shop's historical reliability sharply contrasts with my current experiences. The absence of ordered items, combined with the lack of a proper response, has significantly impacted my satisfaction. It's disheartening to witness a once-reliable provider decline in its service quality.

The urgency of the situation and the substantial value of my purchase (1k€) have yet to yield a suitable solution. It is my hope that the shop can reclaim its former standard of excellence and address customer concerns more diligently.

EDIT 27.01: The shop managed to resolve the issue after all.
I can say with pleasure, my confidence in their integrity has been restored.
ShopinBit took care that the missing items were delivered in the end. It did take quite some time but they did come through.

Ich habe mir einen neuen Computer bestellt dieser kam ohne Fehler oder Mängel an.
Der PC wurde über einen Drittanbieter gekauft Shopinbit hat den Kauf abgewickelt und bezahlt.
Ich habe die BTC an Shopinbit bezahlt und der Computer wurde bestellt und schnell geliefert.

Natürlich hatte ich auch einige Fragen, der Support war sehr kompetent und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet.

Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen die Seite zu nutzen und mit BTC zu bezahlen anonym und schnell werde gerne weiterhin dort einkaufen.

-bezahlen mit krypto funktioniert, rechtfertigt aber alleine keine bestwertung
-(telegram-) support reagiert wenn man in der gruppe schreibt. auf direkt pm des chefs wartet man evtl länger.

con's:
-"in stock" artikel werden gemütlich 3 oder 4tage nach guthabeneingang verschickt. sonntag bezahlt, mittwochnachmittag verschickt.
-bei der ersten bestellung wurde mir eine falsche trackingnummer übermittelt, sendestatus galt als storniert. auf nachfrage schiebt inhaber die schuld auf lageristen und bezeichnet diese als zitat "dödel"
-gelistete artikel meist deutlich teuerer als überall sonst

Habe den Concierge Service in Anspruch genommen. Mega Service. Die Jungs aus Berlin hatten einen besseren Preis als den, den ich herausgesucht habe. Die Ware war nach 2 Tagen da. Der minimale Aufpreis für das Bezahlen in Kryptos ist absolut verdient und fällt kaum ins Gewicht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Super Service. Produkte sind trotz Corona fast immer pünktlich da.
Ich kaufe gerne dort ein, alleine nur um die Community zu unterstützen und Leute die was bewegen wollen.
Aber dann ist da noch der Concierge Service: So genial wie einfach ich jetzt alles für meine Bitcoin bekommen kann.
