Over 20 minute wait for service.
The call line stated 1-3 minute wait. Then it stated less then 3 minute wait. Then it went back to 3 minutes. Then it went back to 3 minutes. Then it went back to 3 minutes..... stopped counting these messages! Then it said , "next in line". The total wait was over 20 minutes. call was at 11:16 am

Purchased 10" battery operated sno joe…
Purchased 10" battery operated sno joe shovel two years ago, used it sparingly due to lack of snow. Stopped working (intermittent starting/stopping) properly in the middle of the 2nd year of ownership. Called, emailed "sno joe" folks only to discover no one in my area repairs sno joe's, nor could anyone from sno joe recommend a fix. SOOOO, i would not waste my money on any of these products.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Get told for months that his go kart is coming back in stock to find out it hasn't. Offered a gift card to get one somewhere else and said we were good to go. Now saying they cant and only store credit. All their products are junk. STAY CLEAR

I was so disappointed when my Aqua Joe…
I was so disappointed when my Aqua Joe hose sprung an internal leak. I so enjoy using it as it's so light and love the turn off valve where I can switch out using for the lawn sprinkler and then my watering nozzle.
I appreciate the 2 year warranty and the quick response by your customer service. There is a replacement one already on its way and I look forward to using it.

I have now owned two SJ hoses
I have now owned two SJ hoses. I think they are the best design ever made. However, my first fabric hose ripped after almost 2 years. They replaced it because it was still under warranty. They sent a metal coil hose which I thought was tremendous but after 2 weeks tge coil had separated. A call to customer service was easy and new hose is being sent. It is the upgraded fabric hose. I am hoping this one will be it because I really like the product.

I had a problem with the battery
I had a problem with the battery on my pole saw. When I explained and provided the required documentation they said they would replace it. That's what I call standing behind the warranty.

I am incredibly impressed with ShopJoe's customer support team. I accidentally purchased one of their products from an unauthorized dealer on Amazon, and unfortunately, it stopped working after just a few uses.Even though they were under no obligation to help me since the seller wasn't authorized, ShopJoe completely stood behind their product. They handled my issue efficiently and shipped me a brand-new replacement.

Online help is very poor
Online help is very poor. After they get back to you and offer a solution and you reply, they don't get back to you. @ time I waited 3-4 days and still no reply. Use the phoneline, they respond right away and solve your problem. Their warranty service is very good

Warranty is good
Customer service did finally pick up the phone after about 10 minutes on hold. Their English is good and they were very helpful. I’ve got a replacement product that should be in the mail this week.
