I called and choose the option to get a return call. I was called back within 15 minutes, a reasonable time. I had a real
Human contact me and with help, I was able to perform a reset and add the colored nozzle correctly. It was a great call from start to finish. The unit is working as expected. Highly recommend

Ms Calib was very helpful to me. She sent me return labels to me and will be sending out a replacement pressure washer to me once they receive our other pressure washer back that the wand and nozzle cracked and they did not have a replacement in stock.

Customer support is horrible
Customer support is horrible! After waiting on hold for 20 minutes they disconnected the call. Waited 20 minutes to chat and solution was not acceptable. One of the batteries we received was for a Sun Joe not a Snow Joe. We had to prove via photos/video that we knew how to plug a charger into a battery and that it didn't fit. Solution was to return second battery and entire unit. We will not be ordering again.

Broken trust and promises
This is the second time a SunJoe mower hasn’t lasted more than 2 years. The sad part is we have a super small yard. We were promised a 15% discount on a new one that never came. We had to purchase another brand which left us disappointed. Broken trust.

AquaJoe Sprinkler
Ordered an AquaJoe sprinkler from Amazon, it arrived without the plug/cleaner and Amazon wouldn't do anything for me. I contacted Aqua Joe and they registered the product for me and sent me an entire new one. Customer service was fantastic.

Doing the right thing for an irreplaceable part.
A part on my new Snow Joe shovel did not fit well so so I started an online chat with agent Rose Irea to find out if I could get a replacement part. After supplying appropriate photos and product information, Rose informed me that a replacement part was not available and that she was issuing a warranty replacement for the entire unit. Within seconds, I received the return instructions and shipping label. Rose took the time to review my case, offer a solution, and I find it admirable that the company did the right thing.
