It’s another Chinese fraudulent company. I ordered a blouse for a B’day gift. It was not the same color or pattern on the picture. The quality was cheap and size too big. They only would give me 30% return. They went into all the reasons I shouldn’t return it. I’d pay high return prices and it could get lost on and on.
I never knew this was coming from China as they listed an American warehouse…
Scammers.Never again.

I would put minus stars if I could. This is a fraudulent company. I ordered a sweater that is not the color or style that was shown in the photo where they advertised the product. They are supposed to have a return policy but keep negotiating how much of a percentage of the cost of the product they can offer me.

Intransparente Rücksendebedingungen. Der Versand erfolgt selbst bei Bestellung auf der deutschen Website aus Italien. Die Kosten für den Rückversand müssen selbst getragen werden und sind sehr teuer! Die entsprechende Seite des FAQ war beim Zeitpunkt der Bestellung nicht aufrufbar: 404

I ordered some shoes for my daughter after a month of not receiving them I emailed as the tracking never changed once I emailed it changed to delivered, but I never had them. Emailed the website a few times with no reply. I’m now on the 5th email to the tracking company after nearly 2 months of waiting i have now asked for a full refund, and if I don’t hear from them I will be taking it further. What a joke. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ein Stern ist noch einer zu viel. Bitte niemals hier einkaufen! Die Ware ist übelst. Riecht nach Chemie und ist billiger Made In China Schrott. Das Nachhaltigkeitsstatement auf der Website ist eine glatte und vor allem dreist Lüge. Die Fotos in der Werbung entsprechen nicht dem realen Produkten. Retouren müssen nach China selbst bezahlt werden, auch wenn es wegen Qualitätsmängel um Gewährleistungspflichten geht. Die Firma stellt sich quer. Also bitte Hände weg. Werde jetzt gerichtlich vorgehen. Wer sich anschließen möchte, kann sich gerne melden.

Horrible experience. Took over a month to have shoes delivered. They run super small so I decided to return for a refund. I was never sent an invoice via email or within the box delivered. Trying to get a return via their website or email was like getting blood out of a stone. Took 3 weeks for them to tell me what was needed for a return. Turns out I couldn’t return because they didn’t give me an invoice. Honestly their customer service is atrocious. Worst ever.

Sehr schlechte Qualität, entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Die Schuhe stinken nach Plastik. Retouren nach China 50,00€. Nie wieder.

Trash. I would never EVER recommend this site to no one as cute as the shoes are. First of all every shoes is expensive, plastic and come with NO dust bag. So you shoes arrive already covered in nasty dusty stuff.

Second there is NO CUSTOMER service. They just send you the same repetitive email with no real response. No phone to contact anyone.

Third I exchanged and ordered on 9/4 for a smaller size and here we are on 9/25 with no exchange order. I have contacted them several times. They just keep sending me the same email that is could take UP TO 14 days. UP TO not guarantee you’re going to hold my order for a whole month!!! This is ridiculous. I would never ever recommend this over priced website to anyone ever!! Save you money and sanity. This sh!t is a complete rip off!! 10/10 NEVER RECOMMEND!!

Selbst ein Stern ist viel zu viel... Ich versuche eine Bestellte Jacke zurückschicken weil mir die Qualität nicht gefällt und es die 60 EUR nicht Wert ist für einen Putzlappen. Ich bin stinkt sauer und Kundendienst ebenfalls grottenschlecht. Nie wieder und nicht zu empfehlen.

Absolutely terrible company. Looks like I’ve been scammed! Ordered shoes on 14th August. Emailed via the online contact form asking to cancel my order within 10 mins of ordering after reading the reviews I panicked. They took the money out of my account anyway. I have emailed numerous times now with no reply. My order is still saying pending on their website. I have had no emailed confirmation of the order or correspondence from them at all. Website suggests company is based in Uk, however the transaction on my bank account suggests it is international. Shoes were for school shoes, had to buy other ones from elsewhere so have now paid for 2 pairs. Still no shoes from this company and no refund or reply. Absolute joke! Will now go ahead and file this with my bank as fraudulent company

Ordered on the 18/7/23, emailed them on 11/08/23 to ask for a refund as they would not be here in time they replied saying there would be a deduction, I indicated that I paid full I want it back in full which was then agreed! I still haven’t received the refund and they are now ignoring my emails. AVOID!!!

Does anyone have an e-mail address for this company as they are not responding to an online query or answering when I call and I’m worried I haven’t received the shoes I’ve ordered and paid for?

Die Qualität der Ware ist für diese Preise sehr mangelhaft. Das ist einfach nur Betrug!

Achtung: BETRÜGER !!! Ich wollte mein Geld für die Ware, die von mehr als minderwertiger Qualität ist und auch nicht den angegebenen Größen entspricht, zurückbekommen.
Die Firma versuchte mehrmals mich mit Gutscheinen oder 20%Erstattungen anzuspeisen.
Am 10. Juni habe ich schließlich das Paket zurückgeschickt, am 16. war es am Flughafen in Peking. Bis jetzt, 30. Juli, habe ich immer noch kein Geld, denn das Paket sei nicht angekommen.
NICHTS KAUFEN, ES SIND BETRÜGER

5 stars are for the quality of the product and the patience of the customer service that I guess had nothing to do with this delay in receiving the product so late. The quality is outstanding like in the photo. For the delivery and the company self I am afraid I am a bit puzzled.Product arrived after a month and I honestly thought this was a scam…finally I managed to receive it but I think you should be warned about waiting time. I do think they should really specify that on their website especially because they kept on sending me tracking links that I could not view.
